Nov 22, 2024First Visit Did Not Disappoint!
First visit here due to a work related event. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Rooms, pools, beach are all great. Staff are fantastic. Shout out to Carlito for taking such good care of us. Bars and cafes provided a variety of drinks and snacks. Lots of music and entertainment. Making dinner plans proved to be cumbersome at times and food was good. Lots of off resort excursions nearby and relatively close to the airport.

We went to SCC on our honeymoon in November 2024! We booked a swim out ocean front room that was well worth the money! Beautiful, clean resort with the most friendly and attentive staff!!! Thank you especially to Maria and Vanessa our beach servers for taking such good care of us as well as Kenny at the spa during the hydrotherapy treatment. What really made our trip was our butler Piller. He was attentive, quick to respond when it came to dinner reservations or ordering stuff for the room and always made sure our trip was going smooth! We will definitely be coming back!

Cap cana is awesome
The property and resort are both phenomenal. Great beach, nice pools and tasty restaurants. We got married there on the 14th and had an amazing time. Philippe is the greatest. He made sure to check on us daily and inform us of all activities and special events going on throughout the property. When we come back, which we are already planning, we will definitely be requesting Philippe!

week long getaway Cap Cana
Very pleased with the experience overall. Service is top notch. Jeison Calderon was our concierge, and he went above and beyond with our request and overall was very helpful arranging our spa appointment, activities, and taxi back to airport. The dinner in the restaurants is amazing for the evening. The breakfast and lunch buffet really has a bit of everything and great quality ingredients. Drink quality was also great. The house red wine was not my preferred, but they have an extensive bottle menu for additional cost. Location wise, the beach is secluded and very relaxing. The whole area has a controlled entrance, so there aren't many people in the beach at any given time. There is also no beach vendors. The hotel is more on the relaxing side. The entertainment in the lobby is lively and there are shows in theater every night, but if you are looking for a party, the Punta Cana resorts are probably better suited. The treatments in the spa were also great and the masseuses attentive. The only negative was some of the hydrotherapy jets were out of commission during our stay.

Best international vacation ever
This is an outstanding resort! It exceeded our expectations beyond measure. We stayed in a bungalow and it was semi secluded which we loved, but close to the lounge and beach as well. The staff go above and beyond every time. The whole vacation left us relaxed and ready for another trip there next year with our family.
