This was our first time in the DR or going to a Secrets resort and all we can say is wow! This definitely is a 5 star resort and make you feel like royalty, from the minute we got through the gate til the minute we left we were in complete awe of the resort. We were in a swim out suite(non preferred) in Bldg 3 which was the perfect location. We had a bar only a few feet from our swim out and Junior our bartender was hands down the best we have ever had, very attentive and he told me all I had to do was call his name from our swimout and he would come right over (and boy did he ever). We had a Luis V. as our concierge and he went above and beyond what we thought would ever be done. We were their for our anniversary and he made sure we had a Happy Anniversary banner around our door, and more then went out of his way to make sure we had every need met. He made reservation for all of our meals and then made sure to reserve us the perfect bali bed on the beach. Our beach butler was Cesar and we never needed to ask for anything (brought us a cooler of water, beer, champagne and sodas to our hut. Then out of blue we had a charcuterie board brought out to us, then around lunch he brought us pizza and then we got a taco board along with drinks in a coconut. Every time we thought we would need to find Cesar for something he would magically appear (made it a great way to spend our anniversary on the beach). We were also amazed how every time we went to breakfast each day they remembered us by name. We definitely recommend this resort to anyone that is thinking about giving it a try (definitely will not be sorry whatsoever).

Celebrate Good Times!
Stunning views, incredible staff, and delicious food and drinks at a resort with any amenities you could ask for! Traveled to Secrets Cap Cana to celebrate my 40th birthday with my sister, and celebrate we did. Whether you like to relax by the pool or the beach with a book and a drink in your hand, or if you want to participate in the many activities and adventures the resort offers, you won't be disappointed. Rhianna and Diva from the entertainment staff, Manuel and Junior from the bars, Ariel in the Market Cafe, and Penel our concierge made sure we had a trip we will never forget.

Fantastic, as always!
Our third visit to Secrets Cap Cana was just as amazing as the first two! The staff is always second to none and goes the extra mile to help with anything you need. Especially great this trip was Esperanza at the Preferred Pool - she has such a gentle, kind spirit and remembers what we order! And our butler, Joshua - also very kind and personable and checked on us daily and always followed through. The food was great and our room was always cleaned and well stocked. The pool guys kept it clean and the beach was groomed and lovely each day. Can’t wait to be back in a couple months!!

Amazing place!
We had a 10/10 experience! Our butler Leonardo did an amazing job showing us around and helping us with anything we needed. Down at the beach, Vanessa took excellent care of us at the preferred area! Everything exceeded our expectations every day!

10/10 experience. We will be back
Leonardo, the entertainment staff, the wait staff & bar tenders were nothing short of amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They made the experience so fun and deeply cared about the people staying at the resort. From activities to do throughout the day, reservations and or dinner at night to relaxing by the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!
