This place was amazing! We were treated like royalty as soon as we arrived. Our concierge Jeison Calderon took amazing care of us. He texted every morning to see how we slept. When we had issues with mosquitoes in our room, he made sure we were moved to a different room. The best part of the trip was when Jeison decorated our room for my daughter’s birthday. She was surprised and thrilled. Thank you so much!

Please see below this is the message we received from Secrets Cap Cana when we asked what was happening on New Year’s Eve: ‘I would like to invite you to enjoy with us the great dinner around the pool for happy new year eve …👌🍾🎄with music live …….having an amazing time and fun with music live Don’t lost the opportunity to have a nice moment of memory to enjoy it together having a great experience…….. The cost is 275 dollar per 2 person including a nice Bottle of wine or champagne Time : 6:30 -7:00 pm -7:50 pm -8:20 pm 8:40 pm -9:00 pm -9:20 pm 9:40 pm -10:00 pm And the other options is in the Oceana restaurant The same menu with different quality of wine 🍷 the cost will be 160 dollar with not music live Time - 6:30 pm 7:00 pm 7:30 pm 8:00 pm 8:30 pm 9:00 pm 9:30 pm 10:00 pm Also they do and event at main lobby With nice table to enjoy after dinner to wait for the new years eve Have to consume minimum 300 dollars in wine or champagne to reserve the table at main lobby.’ We are Preferred Guests and felt the demands for even more money for New Year’s Eve were ludicrous. We managed to negotiate that the Preferred Lounge would be open until 12:00 pm. There was no music and no atmosphere! We ate a delicious meal at Himitsu organised by Jasmine the Manager who is absolutely superb. Without her help (and our Butler Leonardo) it would have been a disaster! We went into the Lobby and every chair had a reservation place card. There is a small bar at the back of the Lobby and everyone who had not reserved a table was crammed in there. We couldn’t find a seat there and went back to the Preferred Lounge. We have been away at New Year for over 30 years and have never been asked for such ridiculous sums of money. Needless to say we will not be returning!

Outstanding
Absolutely fantastic holiday, from the moment we arrived to moment we left. Staff and service outstanding. Food & Drink plentiful and delicious. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Entertainment options and variety throughout the day and evening were great. Overall a beautiful place to stay with white sandy beach and stunning views, would highly recommend.

Great all-inclusive resort and beautiful!
Secrets Cap Cana is a beautiful all-inclusive resort to go to. My family of four had a very relaxing and wonderful time here. From the preferred pool staff to most of the restaurant staff. (Had one grumpy waiter that didn't let you order everything you wanted. I am not talking about the whole menu by no means, but my daughter was wanting to try another entree that she has never ate before and he would just cut you off if you tried to order more than one entree. ) That being said everything else and all the rest of the staff were wonderful. The cabanas you rent for the day are worth it. It was a wonderful Christmas Day on the beach. Alexis was a wonderful butler! Javiar and all his helpers at the bar were great! I'm sure we would all return one day to be pampered again.

Amazing vacation at secrets cap Cana
Secrete Cap Cana is an outstanding hotel! All of the staff are very friendly, the food is amazing, there is really nothing to fault. The night time entertainment could do with a larger bar indoors or sports bar, but other than our stay was absolutely perfect! Manuel, odilas and Sandy at the manatees bar made everyday such a laugh they were awesome! The stay wouldn’t have been the same without those guys.
