The International and Mexican shows were good. There were many nights with no shows in the theater. We liked having aquasize daily. Bingo raily happened and one time is cost money. Loteria did not happen as often as scheduled. Prizes would be nice when playing a game. The pool concierge was not nice and removed towels from chairs more often then was needed. the Amstar transfers were not very smooth and sometimes gave wrong information. Nothing special done for returning guests.

Great resort. Good vibes all around. Food was pretty good, service was very good. Beautiful ocean view, would consider doing swim up next time. Definitely would go back. Rooms were finished off well and beds were comfy. Definitely would recommend for romantic getaway.

Huatulco needs work
Staff was amazing.. food was great but music and the smoking was very annoying especially in the no smoking areas.. concierge only interested in upgrade not helpful with Hyatt points. Waiters, waitresses were very attentive. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly

A lot of mixed reviews before going. This was our first Secrets but we were impressed. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was good for resort food. Everyone in the resort was super nice! Made lots of new friends! Service by the pool was always on point! Yes, tiles are missing in the pool but who cares. We had a fantastic stay and we want to go back! Carlos was our concierge and he was wonderful! He recommended food out side of the resort that was FANTASTIC! I didn’t catch the name of the guy who waited on us for breakfast in the Tamarindo but was very tall but always so nice to us and always made sure we had juice and coffee! The woman who teaches archery was fantastic! She gave excellent advice and was fun to talk to! She also did classes for dancing in the afternoon. I wish I remembered her name!

The staff made my vacation...
Overall great experience at Secrets Huatulco! We've been to another secrets in PV and it was almost exactly the same. Huatulco is definitely a more beautiful place with a lot less tourists. We went with two other couples and the food and drinks were fantastic. If you go make sure to find Felipe at CinCin and give him a hug for me! Highly recommend.
