Feb 02, 2025Beautiful, relaxing, quiet, great service
Just got back from a wonderful trip to this resort. Everything was great. Outstanding service from Edgar, Angel, the front desk, and all the bartenders and servers. Super attentive and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The design of the resort maximizes the property it sits on. The beach/dock has beautiful water to swim In, or lounge all day with great drink/food service. Views from the pools are ideal. Drinks are solid. Rotates each night which 3-4 restaurants are open for dinner, all the food is good. Quiet, intimate resort that was never crowded and fun to see the same faces each day. Our plan was to spend 3 nights here then 3 nights at another resort down the street, once we got to the other resort we realized we'd made a big mistake and changed our plans to go back to Impression for our last night. No complaints at all, can't wait to go back.

First Impressions
We had the Butler team of David & Martin, from the moment we were welcomed off the luxury catamaran to the beautiful resort, guided through the hotel and settled us in our room we were impressed! Any questions we had they were attentive including in moving our room when a new one was available. Both offered recommendations on and off resort for things to do. I’m not sure how they knew where we were at times, but they would show up at the pool, a bar or the coffee shop to greet us at least once daily! The E-team are the most professional team I’ve been around at any resort! AB, Pablo and Jared welcomed me in as the Yoga Teacher for the week, always smiling, checking in on how I was doing and responsive with any questions. The activities they led were fun and they always make the guests laugh and know they are at home! Miguel at the Isola bar was a regular stop each day where we enjoyed the Spicy Tamarind Margaritas (he makes the best) and some chill time before and after dinner. We will be back, blown away by our first impression and they kept on delivering.

Secrets Impressions
The resort is absolutely stunning. Amenities top notch. The staff were fantastic. Take in a cocktail class with Abraham, you will definitely have fun. Our butlers, Erick and Wedinzon were great. All the staff are wonderful, food is great. Would definitely recommend this resort for couples, who would like a low key high end experience.

Secrets Impression
Abraham was fantastic. Our butlers Erick and Wedinson were so helpful and responded to our questions and needs very promptly. Beach staff were so attentive, especially Antonio. Loved all the restaurants and all had great service. Katie at Unik was sweet. Evening shows were varied and entertaining but my sister and I would have liked a little music and maybe dancing options. The boat ride over was special and we loved our golf cart day and trip to Playa Norte. Aesthetically the resort tops many others I’ve been too, absolutely beautiful. Overall highly recommend this place especially for young couples and those not looking for late night parties or loud poolside activity.

Awesome experience!
This property and the employees are amazing! We loved our visit. The butlers were great and entertainment with Abraham was the best! We stayed busy every day doing fun activities led by him, from cocktail making to pasta making! So fun! We can’t wait to go back!
