We stayed in this impressions for our anniversary september 2024. The resort is very luxurious, the food was delicious, and the entertainment team was great! Rebecca (entertainment team) was so loving towards us and made our trip, so special! Thank you Rebecca we love you!!! This resort is fabulous I def recommend!!!

A corner of Paradise!
Fantastic place, a real corner of paradise! Everything is very well-kept and organized to make you live the best possible holiday! The professionalism, availability and friendliness of all the staff is worth mentioning, especially the butlers Omar and Mose ❤️

Absolute Paradise
The most relaxing and recharging trip I have ever taken. We went with a few other couples and I have never returned from a vacation so well rested. We never once felt like the place was overcrowded. There are plenty of different areas to hang out at the resort and it is easy to spend multiple days there without feeling any cabin fever. Our butlers were Edgar and Angel and they were amazing. They were easily accessible and answered our questions quickly. They were able to accommodate large dinner party reservations and even with last minute changes! We will definitely be returning for another relaxing vacation.

Overall it was relaxing and good. We wish there was a longer beach that you could walk, but thats just part of it. The other down fall was low staffing in the restaurants. The servers were working hard and running but just had so many tables that you would wait a long time for drinks and food. The food was really good once you received it. The lunch menu at the beach was good, but the food on most days took 1.5-2 hours so order before you are hungry! there are LOTS of steps but overall its a beautiful resort and has the prettiest views!

Beautiful and relaxing resort!
We had a wonderful time. To be fair, I would give this resort a 4.5 out 5 instead 5 out of 5. The main cons were slow service and inconsistency with the food. However, it is very hard to complain when you are here. It is very relaxing and the views are just as good as all of the marketing. We hung out at the dock almost everyday as we really love being close to the water. Antonio was the best worker and friend. He made our trip so much better and he always made sure we were taken care of. Our butlers were Erick and Wedizon. Erick was very, very good. We are so thankful for how he treated us and took care of us. On our last night, Wedizon brought beautiful roses to me so I could give them to my wife for our anniversary. I didn’t even have to ask, he just did this to make our stay more special. Erick and Wedizon truly made our stay here so much better. Spezia was the best restaurant by far. The food and service was the above and beyond. The Spezia manager was very good too. Lastly, the spa was amazing. We have very high expectations for spa treatments and they were met here. Very thankful we came!
