The staff/entertainers are the best. They take care of your every need and ensure that you have the best time. Shoutout to Julio, Jose, Christian, and Sergio for their hospitality. Their energy and attitude makes the stay exciting and fun. We will for sure be coming back.

Visit from the US to Secrets Playa De Carmen
Went here for a 4 day vacation before Christmas and loved it. Workers were very nice and made it fun for my family and I. The entertainment team was great especially Jose, Sergio, Julio, and Christian were very nice and fun to play games with. The workers were very nice, helpful, and quick especially Alfredo.

Wonderful All Inclusive
Just finished 6 days at this incredible resort and we are so sad to leave. The property is gorgeous and service incredible. The Entertainment Team (Jose, Julio, Gonzalo, Axel, Sergio, Jazmin, Cristian) made the vacation super fun with the activities throughout the day. The selection of liquor was impressive. The food was delicious with favorites being Bamboo for lunch, Bisou for dinner (shout out to the waiter Saul who was incredible), and The Observatory for sunset drinks. We also enjoyed renting water sports equipment and scuba lessons with Freddy/Edgar/Charlie, which is included in the cost of the stay. We will miss waking up here each day, but now back to reality.

Amazing family vacation
Most amazing resort I’ve ever been to! Everything was really nice especially the workers every worker I had an interacting with was super nice and friendly! Sergio, Alberto, Jose, axel, Christian, and Geoffrey were absolutely amazing!!

Entertainment Staff FTW
This resort is awesome! This was our 2nd stay here (stayed last year at the same time as well). There’s something for everyone here, and that combined with very solid food is hard to beat. Special shoutout to José, Sergio, and the rest of the entertainment staff for making our stay memorable. My wife is more of a lay by the pool lady but I always enjoy the activities the entertainment staff puts together. They do an amazing job making things fun for everyone, whether it’s pool volleyball, pool basketball, or beach volleyball, they always bring it! Adios amigos and thanks for making both of our stays so incredible!
