El Gerente de turno nocturno fue muy grosero =( Se supone que llegaríamos el día anterior en la noche, pero el vuelo se retraso y llegamos en la madrugada, y el gerente nocturno nos dijo que no nos permitiría el acceso, nos dejo en la calle, y tuvimos que caminar hasta la caseta de la entrada (como 20 min) con todas las maletas, afortunadamente regresamos a la central de autobuses de playa del carmen, y nos salvo un McDonalds Café, hasta que terminara el turno del señor grosero, y ya nos recibieron como siempre, muy amables, que pésimo servicio el turno nocturno.

I don’t even know where to start! My husband and I have been coming here every year since they have opened and it is our favorite resort of any place we’ve been in the world (& we’ve been many places)! The staff here is just amazing. Everyone is so kind & attentive. We absolutely love & adore Sergio & Miguel from the entertainment team! Seeing them every year is something that we always look forward to & they are such wonderful people! Andres the bartender makes the BEST drinks & is really a master at what he does. David by the lagoon pool is also such a great guy and so attentive. Their staff is just top of the line! The food and drinks here FAR exceed resort quality food and you do not feel like you’re at an all inclusive. The resort is absolutely stunning and the attention to detail in every aspect is just amazing! Their shows and nightlife are absolutely wonderful. I just can’t rave about moxche any more! They really know what they are doing here and we just can’t wait until we return!!

We had a great time!!!
What a great trip we had! Our stay was from March 22 - 29. I'll try to detail a couple stand out areas to include food, the entertainment team, Dark Horse sports bar, and the buffet. Entertainment team- They are awesome! I played beach and pool volleyball every day of the vacation and they never disappointed. Sergio, Julio, Miguel, Jose, Regina, Monica, Ilse, Christian, Aranza and Daniella were the stand outs to me. They were always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. This entertainment team defiantly needs recognition! Thank you to them for making our vacation fun filled with activities. Food- We thought the food was outstanding! The French and Italian were the standout places to eat. I loved the French onion soup, beef wellington and vanilla rum desert at the French restaurant. It was the pappardelle ragu, pizza and chicken alfredo at the Italian. We went to those restaurants twice each during our stay. Eating with another couple, we always ran out of room on the tabletop because of the number of dishes we'd order. The service was always outstanding. The only issue, if this is even an issue, is the time it takes to eat. They are meticulous so I get it. Dark Horse sports bar- We had fun there every night. We actually only went every night to have a drink with our favorite bartender of the resort. Andres was fantastic! He always remembered our drink order and we were always greeted with a smile to welcome us. Thanks for making our stay special Andres! Preferred club- We've stayed at the preferred club at other Secrets resorts and were fine with our selection. After our vacation, we both felt it was unneeded, especially after we ate at the buffet. The buffet at Moxche is probably the best buffet we've ever been to. If you can choose where to sit, Victor's section is the one we'd choose every time. We enjoyed going to the buffet to interact with Victor. Always happy and willing to offer his input. Check in for preferred has always been a breeze, no different here. We didn't utilize the rooftop pool as we thought it was too quiet. We enjoy more of the energy pool vibe. Energy pool- I'd be up at 7am every morning and be to the energy pool between 7:30 and 8am. Never had an issue with seating. Elias the pool concierge was the best I've experienced. Very clear instructions regarding ensuring we will be at the seats and utilize them. No securing seats and not being there until 3pm here. Elias would ensure that. Even if there weren't seats available, he would figure out a way to find seating for you even if that meant he had to go and get a seat from elsewhere. Thanks Elias. There was a singer on Thursday that sang more classic rock music. She was fantastic. I wish she was singing there every day of the week. Thats just me. Most of the music was more laid back. I understand this isn't Breathless with more upbeat music during the day. Have that lady sing every day, the crowd loved her and wanted more of that type of music. Most of the people grew up in the classic rock era. Shows- This resort had the best shows I've ever been too before. The quirky show was fantastic with the dancers hanging in the air. The candlelight show was great, I didn't want it to end. The violinist's and cello were amazing. The singer was absolutely spectacular. Also, I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but the Idol performances were great. They found 3 random people to perform, and they had judges from the crowd mimicking the American Idol judges. This particular week, they found some good ones. All I can say is wow! Those were a couple of areas that we felt were important to mention in our review. I can easily get caught up in reviews especially when they are negative. Sometimes, I wonder what could have happened for anyone to have any serious negative comments on this resort. Every member of the staff we interacted with was fantastic. The names I provided above were just some that stood out. We will be back to the resort. Thanks Secrets Moxche!

Great resort
Such an amazing place to stay! The staff truly goes above and beyond. The food was outstanding. The views were amazing. The place was clean and comfortable. The activities staff did a wonderful job with shows, games, and encouraging us to truly experience the place. Would love to come back!

plage pas belle, roche dans le sable et dans l'eau (grosse poche de sable pleine d'algues pour couper les vagues), restaurant service très long, odeur humidité dans les chambres (3 chambres essayer et meme problème) système de a/c ne fournis pas assez pour baisser. Le prefered club ne vaut pas le montant pour le peu d'accessibilité de plus (resto sur toit et piscine style infinie mais beaucoup de vent) . Bâtiment très chic et moderne, chambre très belle. Chambre vue ocean coté piscine chambre plus petite car modele en angle.
