This resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff there went above and beyond to make my stay special. A huge shout out to Gloria and Alejandro in Building one for making my stay extra special Also Duran and Eduardo in building 2 for taking such good care of me for half of my stay. I would definitely come here again

The resort and the views couldn't be more beautiful!! We rented a private cabana and lounged by the pool while receiving TRULY excellent service from our buddy Joel Puerto! He took care of our every need and made the trip that much more special!! The beaches were beautiful and the pool was perfect!! The only complaint is that the food wasn't PERFECT but that's being VERY picky. Thanks so much, Secrets Playa Blanca!!

Can’t wait to return! 😎
First time in Mexico and at an all-inclusive…and was blown away with the resort and the many amenities! From the moment that we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and so very helpful. I loved hearing “Welcome Home” and “It’s a pleasure.” Our room was beautiful and clean…in fact, every day we found it to be spotless and supplies replenished. The pools were gorgeous and staffed by an amazing entertainment team, concierge staff and servers. All were so friendly and provided service with a smile. I especially enjoyed the water activities…aqua spinning & aerobics plus pool volleyball. Erika with entertainment was especially sweet…and Daniel always had a smile as he kept us well supplied with snacks & drinks. We were lucky to encounter Daniel at the beach bar…and Ervin, too. Both kept me quite hydrated with my favorite drink! We went to all of the restaurants and loved each one! The Market Cafe for breakfast and/or lunch provided a great array of choices…it was hard to choose what was my favorite! Most evenings we went to the theater and were entertained with a variety of shows…each was unique and showcased some quite remarkable talent. Lastly the beach had the softest white sand and turquoise water that was so inviting. My only suggestion would be to put the drink of the day on the resort app. I found its content to be very helpful for the most part. I can’t wait to return…real soon, I hope!

Wonderful trip! Excellent resort, our concierge Ana Durante was always so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend. The food was great and the nightlife was fun! My first time to Mexico, I will surely be returning, outstanding service!

I have had the opportunity to travel in several countries and states in Mexico, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. You fall in love until you leave. The food is first class and the facilities are excellent, even though it was raining, it doesn't stop you from enjoying yourself. I want to thank our butlers Eddy and Frank who were very attentive. I was very surprised by this hotel and I had a lot of good moments Thank you for everything
