    This place is great not too big not too small not too loud not too Quiet. The service is top notch and I never had a bad meal We did upgrade to the preferred Swim up room I don’t really think it was worth the pool and all the pools were a little cold which is my only complaint I read somewhere that the social pool or the infinity pool was heated I guess they turned it off since the weather is warming up maybe in the winter it’s warm If you do decide on a swim out ask for building 4 or 6 they on the opposite side of the preferred pool but they get afternoon sun building 3 is completely shaded pretty much all day that side may be nice in the summer though Anyway book this resort it’s great and a pretty good value for what all you get

    Wonderful Sevice

    We had a wonderful time this past few days with Daniel Rivera and Leticia Esparza took great care of us. When you stay at playa Blanca costa mujeres make sure you ask for them. You will be in great hands. Thank you for the amazing service and experience! We’ll see you again!

    Experience

    The property is nice. The staff makes the resort unforgettable. They all are very courteous, thoughtful and extremely caring. What a superb way to experience the joy of relaxation. Daniel was beyond amazing, he came to find us on the property everyday to see if we needed anything and to check in on how things were going. Outstanding service!!!

    5 Star Experience

    My wife and I just got married there in early April and we will be back again. First off, Itzel, our wedding coordinator, made us instantly feel calm once meeting with her in person over all the details. Her team did an amazing job. We stayed in the preferred club and our butlers Leticia and Daniel were great. We had Daniel previously and he is awesome. They both ont he day of the wedding were able to get us many things needed such as clean rooms, timely room service, and clothes properly pressed and ready. Carlos, a manager in the market place, coordinated our rehearsal dinner and then ensure we were taken care of and personally came over to check on us each day when we ate. Lastly, we got Bali beds several days at the social pool and Daniel took care of us. We had nearly 80 people in our wedding party and at one time we would have 20-30-40 people in the pool. Daniel on 4 straights days ensured from the moment we were there until we left that our drinks were full. The whole experience was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this place more! We will be back! One of the things I will say, being in service and hospitality industry, every person we encountered appeared to enjoy their job. Made it that much better!

    This resort was spectacular. Beautiful all the way around. It met our expectations more than I ever thought it would. Our concierge for the majority of our trip was Manuel and he made sure we had everything we needed. He even checked in on his day off! He was the best!
