Welcome home for 6th X
This was our 6th visit to Secrets Puerto Los Cabo’s. My husband & I first discovered this amazing resort in 2014, the last time we were here was December of 2019 & then Covid hit. We were excited to come back & not sure of what to expect & we were not disappointed at all!!! The grounds are impeccable and well cared for. The servers around the pool were attentive & quick to serve us. We had morning coffee in Coco cafe, delicious pastries & fresh fruits. The Buffett breakfast at Market cafe was delicious with lots of options & even a Mimosa if you want & Candido our server was helpful. The only problem my husband had was at the Barefoot Grill, he thought the food could be fresher & hotter (pizza & wings). The entertainment team was fun!!! Water aerobics & bikes in the pool, yoga, archery, golf putting, pickle ball & how could I forget Tequila tasting. A special shout out to Ivan ( outstanding ) Alex & Delmar they are all unforgettable & did I mention fun 😁 A special mention to the guest experience coordinator Daniel Gutierrez, My husband & I felt like we were home when we came back to Secrets Los Cabo’s & Daniel made our stay so much more pleasant. We are looking forward to seeing you all on our next visit to Secrets.

Friendly, wonderful resort experience!
Seaside grill lunch was amazing EVERY time, bar tenders and staff extremely friendly. Facilities were clean and smelled great everywhere. Took a little while to get our luggage delivered to the room when we checked in, but the entire experience more than made up for that slight inconvenience. The concierge calling daily to offer assistance was a great touch.

Exceptional quality and service at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos
Exceptional quality of food, cleanliness, grounds maintenance and service provided by staff members throughout our stay. We are returning guests and will be coming back again. The team members at all levels catered for all our needs to ensure we had a very memorable and romantic vacation.

Poor experience this time... Hopefully not repeated again in the future
Unfortunately, very poor experience this time around in Cabos. This is our third time visiting secrets Puerto los Cabos. In 2021, wonderful experience and couldn't wait to return, 2023 was another wonderful experience, 2024 - YIKES food poisoning day 1 that didn't fully resolve for several days. Additionally, we dealt with a sewage odor for the first 3 days in our room; it finally got so bad we had to ask to switch rooms (which was done and was very straightforward). Yes, we could have asked to switch sooner, but we generally are very agreeable easy-going guests, and it takes A LOT for us to actually complain. Icing on the cake for the overall trip was having to go and carry my own suitcases from the front lobby to our room. This was after waiting 2.5 hours, calling both desk numbers, and finally giving up and going myself to get the luggage so we could get out of our traveling clothes and get ready for dinner. We sincerely hope that this years' experience is just a one-off, we have been regular visitors to secret resorts and want to continue to visit for years to come. If we have another experience like this one though we might have to cut our secrets relationship short!

Cabo vacation
We booked this vacation through Delta Vacations. Our contact person was Bruno, and he was amazing. He helped us expedite the check in and check out procedures and answered all of our questions precisely. The resort was very nice and the staff was helpful and efficient. I would book this detination again.
