Let me start with the whales - it is so great to watch them during yoga in the morning and at the Barracuda bar in the afternoon. This is our 3rd visit as we love the location and weather too. Excellent service from Antony at Portofino and Alex at Oceana. The room was spotless and so well attended to.

Top 5 vacations
We usually travel to teh East Coast (Caribbean) and this was our first time on teh West Coast and we LOVED it. Depneding what kind of vacation you are looking for - this is NOT a beach vacation - but if you love to golf and do other activities - it is perfect. The resort is extremely celan and the service is wonderful. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations

Love love love this resort! Staff is AMAZING!
Our second time at this resort and once again, we had an absolute blast! The resort is beautiful and so lovingly cared for by the amazing staff. We had an ocean front suite and the view was incredible - we saw whales every day. We want to give special thanks to Brian on the entertainment staff - he is so nice and friendly. We did the city tour with him and he went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Also we absolutely loved Leo at the main pool. He was friendly, funny and remembered us every day. His service was impeccable and we really enjoyed interacting with him. Please be sure to tip staff when you visit because they are all amazing and work very hard to ensure that guests have the best time.

Fabulous time!
The staff and amenities wee wonderful here. Specifically Javier who played violin during dinner. And Delmar, Miguel and Ivan made activities and events an absolute joy! The food was delicious and the service was prompt for both drinks and food.

Family evening at Himitsu
Manny and Edwardo were amazing! Such a fantastic evening, the food and entertainment were outstanding! Thank you-the experience was well worth waiting in line for 45 minutes for reservations in the middle of the afternoon. Manny...SHOW TIME!
