Service and food were excellent. Sonia at the pool was great! Carlos at Patio was great! Antonio at the swim up pool bar was great! Staff was great! We will be back. We went there for our 20 year anniversary and they celebrated with a bottle of champagne, breakfast in bed and treated us like family!

My only good time was at Pool where Antonio made sure our drinks were to our tastefulness. Dinner at El Patio was also good but the service to be served was not to our expectations for only having 6 tables that they needed to serve. took us an hour to get our dinner.

Amazing service!
Had dinner at Océana for a company event and Alex was our servicer. We had excellent service, well our table well and all of the dishes were delicious. Thank you for the great service Alex! You made our experience an amazing one!! 10 out of 10!!

I’ll be back
I love the vibes. Food was great ambience was amazing. Feels like you’re in Greece. Alex was so friendly so kind and attentive. We had the best time! Service was awesome. Anything you can imagine you can order. I’ll be back, I would highly recommend this place to anybody coming to this resort

Delicious cuisine & outstanding staff!
The location of Secrets Puerto Los Cabos is what sets this resort apart from others. While this was a solo trip this go around, we travel here at least a couple of times a year. You are far away enough to feel the tranquility of Mexico yet close enough to San José del Cabo to take in the gorgeous streets and wonderful world class restaurants. Special shoutouts to the main pool staff Genner, Juan, Sonia, Ramiro and Miguel...and to Fernando for keeping everyone entertained while mixing the best cocktails at the Barracuda Bar! Coco Cafe is a main staple 24/7 and the morning staff (I can't recall her name) is a true gift. She always remembers us and we look forward to catching up each day. The grounds in general are stunning, the cuisine is always top notch with Himitsu consistently being the highlight - the rooms are wonderful but could use a little refresh.
