    A Resort For All Moods

    Great resort! Clean with great pools and food. Luis and Jesus in the Preferred Club bar make great drinks. The staff at the Nook Cafe were also always smiling and friendly. Luis at the Preferred Club pool was always fun and entertaining during activities. Overall the resort has something for everyone. Multiple pools to relax or party, depending on your mood. Night time entertainment and club were great to keep you entertained and active at night.

    Welcoming and relaxing!

    We enjoyed our week long vacation! The food was absolutely amazing. Loved the Rosewater menu especially their breakfast and lunches. The French and Italian restaurants were wonderful. Shout out to Roberto our favorite waiter there such a wonderful character! Christian and Silvio the managers of rosewater and spumante were amazing and the friendliest! Yesenika at rose water was also ever so friendly and loved her service. There were many others as well . Too many to mention. But shout out to all the staff and managers for running a truly wonderful resort. We had a swim up for the week and the first few days we found too cold to swim but I mentioned it to our concierge Emilio and I don’t know if they turned on the heat but the swim up warmed up. Also a wonderful staff member! The beach well is unfortunately unswimmable and not nice. Too short to walk as well as the resorts next door on either side are blocked off. Lastly the only other negative thing for us is there was really no place to sit outdoors on secrets besides the rose water bar. There is the privilege lounge but we didn’t spend any time there as it’s inside and small. We missed having a grand lobby bar where one can mingle. Forgot to mention the rooms are very nice and clean! Thank you for a nice vacation.

    Fun vacation with friends

    Super clean resort with excellent service. Food was great and really fun vibes! Luis at the Secrets pool and Luis at the preferred bar were wonderful! Loved the pools- option for quieter pool at secrets and party vibe at Breathless. All the staff were wonderful:)

    Wonderful work/long weekend getaway

    The only reason this wasn’t a five star review was because of the seaweed on the beach. This is the season it comes in bloom and the beach/ocean is unusable. The staff and pools make up for it. The pool staff is awesome. Special props to Adrian,Daniel, Ian and Vibano for keeping us happy poolside! I can’t compliment the entire staff enough.

    Ok at best

    Resort was beautiful and the room was nice. The food was a big disappointment. Resort food is rarely great, but this was not even average. The only specialty restaurant that was edible was the Asian. The pool was nice and well maintained. Probably won't be back.
