Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.

Dec 19, 2024An Amazing Visit
Just returned home from a phenomenal stay at Secrets Riviera Cancun. We have been here several times prior to this visit, but hadn’t been back for a few years. What we found was a resort that has elevated so many things from our prior visits. Management and the staff have succeeded in creating a great environment to spend the week. The attention to detail of building maintenance, landscaping, common areas, and guest rooms is truly noticeable. Housekeeping does a great job, including turndown service every night. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Every time i passed a staff member on a sidewalk or in the hallways I was greeted with an Hola or Buenos Dias! Chairs around all pools were plentiful, and no-one seemed to have difficulty finding a lounger to relax poolside or on the beach. We love the addition of the TV screens above “the Bar” and at the Rosewater Bar. It was great to be able to watch sporting events with the other guests. Mother nature hasn’t been kind to the beach over the last several years, but it appears as there are measures being put in place to help replenish the sand. Loungers are plentiful on the beach, and what the beach may lack for some at the moment, the beautiful pools, entertainment, and events make up for it. Steven from the E-Team kept the activities going each day at the pool including Bingo, water aerobics, pool volleyball, and movie trivia. Some days featured live music poolside as well. Sommeliers Dayrén and Ramirez were very informative at the wine and tequila tasting sessions, and created such a fun environment for the participants. We enjoyed every meal and ate at all of the restaurants. The menus offer plenty of options, and the staff at each one was fantastic. I mentioned how great the staff is everywhere, but there are several that couldn’t do enough for us and made our trip extra special and exceed our expectations. We are so appreciative of everything you do for us Dayrén- maitre ‘d Sommelier-insuring the best possible experience for us Fabian, Guillermo, & Bailey-pool concierge team Luis-Preferred Club bartender Wilberth-Xcellerate pool bartender Fernando-Foam bartender Montseratt-Breathless reception manager, always made time to say hello Lily-Rosewater Manager Rosewater staff-Jose, Isaac, Fernando, Alfredo, Yesenia, Julian Preferred pool Servers-Urbano, Cruz, Mar, and Nedel Isai-The best teppanyaki chef I have ever experienced at any resort Gregorio-Strip Grill Manager Rodrigo-Strip Grill waiter Geraldo Z-Xhale Club who, along with Irma made our final day relaxing and stress free UVC Staff of Claudia and Joffett checked on us regularly So much fun and sorry if I missed anyone. Looking forward to our next visit!

An amazing Vacay!! Exceeded our expectations!!
Secrets Riviera Cancun Sat 12/7-Sat 12/14/2024 We’ve been to this resort several times but this visit exceeded our expectations !! We come back because of the amazing Managment and staff!! What an amazing team !! The resort and grounds are beautiful !! Well maintained, great attention to detail. The rooms have every amenity, the most comfortable bed and pillows. We had an ocean front room, the views are breathtaking!! We Loved having access to all 3 sections of the resort-quiet, Sport/activity and party. There were plenty of chairs and beds at the beach and pools. You never had to worry about saving chairs. All of the restaurants exceeded our expectations. There were so many wonderful restaurants to choose from all have great Menu selections. The seafood was wonderful and so fresh !! I want to recognize the excellence service we received from the following people: Irma Cairo, manager Secrets preferred club Luis, Bar tender Gerardo, exhale club manager Montserrat, exhale club ( Irma went above and beyond!! She and Gerardo arranged for late checkout made our last day enjoyable and stress free ) Dayren-head sommelier -couldn’t do enough for us. Went above and beyond !! Dayren and Ramirez- we truly enjoyed the wine tasting and tequila tasting with sommeliers Dayren and Antonio Ramirez. They taught us a few things and made the experience So fun!! Lily, Alejandro, Amara, Jose, Fernando, Yesenia, Isaac, Julian-“team Rosewater”-the food was excellent, great service. Steven w the e-team -loved the activities by the pool especially wine tasting, tequila tasting, making guacamole class, live music, water aerobics, bingo etc by the pool. concierge team Fabian, Bailey, Guillermo Bar tenders: Cruz, Mar, Urbano, Nadel-great bar service by the pool- all attentive, friendly, courteous Rodrigo-strip grill manager Hibachi- chef Isai was Fantastic Fernando-bar tender by swing bar Wilberth -bar tender excelerate Mr Rene, GM Mr Raul, hotel manager Overall, we had a wonderful week and we can’t wait to return.

Great Resort!
My friend and I had the most marvelous, relaxing vacation at Secrets Riviera Cancun. They have the friendliest staff, from our hostess and waitress to Fabian teaching us Spanish! The food was great. The bartenders were attentive and made one of the best margaritas I've ever had. I can't wait to go back!

GREAT Vacation
The trip of a lifetime! Excellent service, food, ambience, amenities and views. It was perfect. I had my wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. SOoo much fun! I would love to come back! I can't say enough good things about this resort!!!

Dec 12, 2024Staff is the best of all I've been to.
I've been to a number of these All-Inclusive resorts and the food & drink are about the same. For example, at the Steak House, one of my friends said, "ahhh, my steak was too thin" and other such comments. Well ... this isn't a Wolfgang Puck Steak house, it's an all-you-can-eat resort so, yeah, it's not the best steak you'll ever have but it is pretty good. This resort had two things going for it which (for me) make it such a good experience. First, it's set up such that there's a section for the young crowd that wants the "Boom-Boom" music all day; then the middle section which is a bit more lively; then a third section that is more for quieter times. Perfectly set up - they may be three separate but connected resorts under the same umbrella but we could walk freely from Secrets to the others (Breathless) ... but not sure it works the other way. The second thing that was great - the staff. I know, I know , "they're SUPPOSED to be nice" - yeah, I get that ... but my experience was that EVERYONE was polite, welcoming, happy, etc. Every time I passed someone in the hall, I'd get a "GOOD MORNING!!" or "BUENOS DIOS!!" and, often, both. Everything you needed, they'd get it for you. When we walked in with a backpack, they immediately brought a tower so that we didn't have to rest it on the floor. When someone dropped a glass in the bar, they didn't complain, they just quickly cleaned it up with a smile. The people are VERY nice - I'm sure that's all part of their training but they really do a great job.
