We spent 9 days in April and had a wonderful time. we have been to Secrets Royal Beach many times and it just never disappoints. What makes this place nice to go back to are the people. Always smiling and ready to serve or help. First of it was nice meeting Tatiana B.M.. Thank you for your hospitality and your energy is contagious. Our Butler Warnes is like Superman. Always there to see if we need anything and just makes our stay even more joyable. He has been our butler for many years and the level of service just keeps getting better and better. Exceeds our expectations. Other notables we crossed during our stay. Olio-Charina, Yiaini, Humberto, Ariel Himitsu- Rafael, Julio A., Yoanny Preferred Bar- RobertG., Omar, Yamilquis Preferred pool and Beach- Daniela,Rosa,Margarita andon the beach Deylin These are just a few but I can assure you that service from everyone is at its highest level. So kudos to everyone. Specialty restaurants are all good where food is tasty with a variety offered in each. Buffet is one of the best I have seen with something for everyone. Entertainment team works hard all day to keep everyone entertained. Grounds and beach are kept clean. Always someone working to keep the hotel nice. With a few upgrades over the years the hotel just looks superb. Room was spacious and clean especially with the help of our maid Ariele Payano. Beds are very comfortable. We did order breakfast through room service and everything we ordered was there and on time. We were Preferred and enjoyed the perks such as Olio for breakfast and lunch. We also liked the 2 pools offered to us and beach areas and the lounges. One constructive suggestion I would say is to identify Preferred guests as there is not always someone checking. Thank you for another great vacation full of memories. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Vacation
Would definitely return to this resort again! Very clean and well laid-out resort. I loved that there was plenty of walking throughout the resort to walk off some of the food! Felix and Rosanna at the lazy river bar were awesome! Marcos the butler I give 12/10!! Such a nice and amazing/ caring human being.

Must Experience!
Highly recommended going, greatest experience ever. Make sure to get the preferred club and pray to meet Marcos Ramirez! He’s the best . Go now !! Please go take advantage of this beautiful resort! The water is so beautiful, you’ll never want to get out!

Anniversary Getaway
This is the best resort we have been to. We celebrated our anniversary and Manuel, our butler, decorated our room for the occasion. Everyone at the resort is so friendly and accommodating. The Preferred bars were awesome and had a variety of top shelf liquors and beers. The food was excellent and service was spectacular. Overall, I would recommend Secrets Royal Beach to anyone who wants an awesome trip.

Ramses Made This Trip Unforgettable – Secrets Royal Beach Delivers!
Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana blew us away. From the stunning views to the quality dining, everything hit the mark—but what truly made our anniversary trip unforgettable was our concierge, Ramses. This man is world-class. He somehow made us feel like we were his only guests, checking in daily, handling every detail with precision, and going above and beyond without ever being asked. When my wife got sick, he personally arranged for medication and brought us steak from Bluewater Grill—because he remembered it was the only restaurant we hadn’t tried yet. He even rescheduled our anniversary dinner when I overindulged and needed a night to recover. Ramses is the reason we’ll return. Secrets: give this man a promotion. The food was consistently excellent. We loved Himitsu (even skipping the hibachi)—the fresh rolls and beef satay were incredible. The buffet had way more variety than expected, and we didn’t have a single disappointing meal. Rander at Bar Manatees also deserves a shoutout. His drink service was lightning-fast, and he even started handing me water between Lava Flows without me asking. That’s the kind of service that makes you feel like a VIP. Our couples massage at the spa was amazing—my wife added a foot massage, I added a hand massage, and we loved every second. The only downside was the hydrotherapy session—the pool was okay, but the hot tub was more lukewarm than relaxing. All in all, Secrets Royal Beach hit the luxury mark, but Ramses made it personal. We’ll be back—and we’ll be requesting him by name.
