My wife and I have been to five previous all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean/Mexico...Secrets RB was THE BEST of these! From service to cleanliness to food to entertainment, everything was topnotch. We were Preferred Club status and felt it was worth the extra cost. Our butler, Ramses, was very attentive. We did not ask a lot of him, but he checked in with us on a daily basis. When we had a couple minor issues, he was there to make things right. He proved to be essential when our departure flight was delayed for a day and we had to arrange to stay an extra night. We liked being able to access the special lounges and the Dreams property as a Preferred Club perk. Fany, Argeni and Ruddy at the Preferred beach/bar were friendly and attentive. Denisse at Coco Cafe was a daily delight. Luis at Olio gave the best smiles with his breakfast coffee/water service. Secrets RB is the first resort that we will likely return to.

Worth the Money!
This is a very nice resort with super friendly and helpful staff. Ruben (Beach Bar Drinks Server) was especially awesome! Flower and Chickenlegs were two other awesome staff members that people would enjoy. I would highly recommend this Secrets Resort!

The resort was clean, but is very dated, and could use some upgrading. The staff were all very nice, and helpful. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the pools are not heated, and were pretty chilly. The restaurants are ok. I was expecting more American choices, so the options were kind of limited if you're not one who likes to try different cultures foods.

Great Stay - Coming Back for Our Wedding!
We visited the resort with our family, a group of seven, to preview it before our wedding in February 2026, and our experience was excellent! Upon check-in, we were greeted by our butler, Marcos R., who immediately took us to the preferred area to relax and began the check-in process. He then provided our family with a tour of the resort, explaining where to find various amenities such as restaurants, the spa, and pools. He also clearly communicated the requirements, including dress codes (long pants), reservation policies, and information about the facilities we could use next door. Since we are not fluent in Spanish, we greatly appreciated how well he spoke English—there was very little language barrier at this resort. Having a butler made our stay much easier; Marcos was in constant communication with us each day, responded quickly to our questions and concerns, ensured our mini fridge was fixed promptly, and made a hibachi reservation for our large group right away. I highly suggest requesting him! The resort itself is beautiful, every space is filled with lush tropical plants and water features. It is clean and tidy, with staff consistently ensuring it is kept in pristine condition. Contrary to some other reviews, we found the rooms to be modern and well-maintained. We had no concerns regarding humidity in our room. My only complaint about the resort is the long wait times to get into a restaurant on the Secrets side. I did not experience this issue at other Secrets resorts in Punta Cana, so it seems to be specific to this location. To eat by 7 PM, you should arrive no later than 5:45 or 6 PM. However, you can always head over to the Dreams side and be seated more quickly. We found that all the places we dined at had excellent food and service. Lastly, I want to highlight the service at the main pool on the Secrets side. Besides our butler, the poolside waitresses and bartenders truly enhanced our experience. Lady is the BEST. She made us feel like family; she is personable, funny, and incredibly hard-working. Lady takes pride in building relationships with guests and ensuring they are well taken care of throughout the day, consistently going above and beyond - she anticipates what we need next before we know we need it. We already miss her, but we value her so much that I will be requesting her for our wedding! Another exceptional staff member is Remy, who is stationed at the bar between the main and quiet pools. Like Lady, he is personable, fun, and makes fantastic drinks!

10th Wedding Anniversary
My husband and I went for our 10th wedding anniversary and his birthday. Absolutely beautiful resort!! You'll never be hungry and not have a drink in your hand. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing time!!
