    Best customer service ever!

    This is the best resort we have been to in Punta Cana. You won't find another resort more clean and customer friendly. Food was and drinks were top notch. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The theme entertainment was so fun everyday.We will be returning in the next year!

    Not a five star resort. The hotel room was ok but not luxurious. We were in preferred clubs had access to all areas however seems anyone can wander anywhere unchecked . I was not challenged once. You cannot book restaurants apart from the Asian and this is a problem , people start to leave the beach at 4:30ish just to be ready for 6pm when restaurants open! It’s far to early and then if you don’t want to leave beach and eat that early your in for a long wait and that wait means you must be in the large busy very loud bar area . The staff however are super friendly and that does help ease the stress! Breakfast was superb a fantastic choice available. Pool and beach areas are good and well maintained however the main swim up is very busy with guards of people with oversize jugs of alcoholic beverages standing in large loud groups. There are however ways to get away from this and find nice spot on the beach or preferred club area pools . Overall 6/10

    Honest unpaid review of Secrets Royal Beach Feb 2024

    Second time at an all-inclusive in Punta Cana, first at this property. Cannot say enough positive things about the service. It is top tier. The hotel is well laid out. Multiple pools, so it never felt crowded, but still, finding seats can be an issue due to seat saving. Beach was spectacular. About 70% older crowd, so very mellow when we visited, not a big party vibe, which is what I was looking for. Specialty restaurants are very good. Buffet is great for breakfast, lacking a little flavor at other meals, but still very good. We stayed on the preferred side but honestly would not have missed much if we had not opted for the extra, as premium alcohol is not important to me. Activities are typical for a Dominican all-inclusive. Rooms were comfortable and the temperature control was great. I will be returning to this hotel in the future.

    Service at Secrets

    The service at the resort is over the top. Eddy is the best butler you could ask for and Jokeyma at UVC provided the best advice and service as well. The bartenders are all about great service and Julio Baez led the way. The size of the resort is amazing and you can’t find better beaches anywhere

    Paradise

    Our 2nd trip to Punta Cana and Screts Royal Beach did not disappoint. Great weather for 7 days and Secrets outstanding. All inclusive with plenty of food for all tastes and drinks throughout the day and night. Staff could not be nicer. Super friendly and try to handle your every need with a smile on their face. Our studio room was spacious and clean and the daily cleaning service and turn down service at night excellent. Weather was perfect throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and cannot wait for our return visit.
