We went for a wedding and the resort was great! They put on a great ceremony for the bride and groom. Everyone had fun! They had games and music at the pool. The food and service at the restaurants was great!! Food and drinks were all inclusive, which was fantastic! All the staff was fantastic! I went to the Spa twice and it was great! I highly recommend Secrets The Vine!

Secrets of the Vine, Cancun is perfection!
A great 20th Anniversary celebration! Our experience from check in to check out everything was excellent. This was a more relaxing resort, not a party scene, but was not looking for that. If your looking for amazing staff, views, food and fun for entertainment this is the resort for you! Our room was amazing, preferred 2733, view spectacular, room size huge, so clean, housekeeping service daily! Food, so good, for breakfast we ate at the Market Café each day, lunch at Barefoot Grill and Sea Salt Grill. Personally, the Sea Salt Grill was more of a dinner menu, excellent catch of the day but was hoping for more of a light meal, but that was on us. Dinners at the Mexican, Olio, Bluewater Grill (steakhouse) we did wait about 45 minutes (had drinks at the bar), but once seated food came out quick, hot, and delicious. We also got there about 7:45pm. The Italian, Nebbiolo was amazing, and we waited just 10 minutes and got there about 6:30/6:45pm. Pools beautiful and clean, drink services were non-stop and friendly. Daily entertainment by the pool was fun, the rock band was excellent. The beach was clean and had chairs, it is a bit smaller and could feel a bit cramped, but the view is so spectacular it did not bother us. The service also 10/10 on the beach for drinks. The preferred pool was quite and reserved perfect for our last day and again the staff, 10/10. Yes, the chair game is real, but that is at any resort, be mindful and respectful should not be the resorts job to tell adults to be respectful, if you know your not using a chair until after lunch do not reserve it at 7am. Also pick up after you have left a chair so others know they are free (my personal opinions)! The evening shows are fun, the Queen tribute was on point! Casino night was a blast. The entertainment staff really works hard. Go, enjoy, rest, relax, eat, drink and have fun!!

Modern, Stylish & Totally Worth It
We had an amazing time at Secrets The Vine Cancun! If you’re looking for a sleek, modern hotel with top-notch service, good food, and a stunning beach, this place checks all the boxes. Resort & Vibe The hotel has a modern, upscale feel with a stylish design. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It definitely has that high-end, polished look, so if you love sleek architecture and contemporary decor, you’ll feel right at home. Service – Absolutely Top-Notch The staff is incredible – super attentive, friendly, and always making sure you have everything you need. Whether it’s the front desk, the waiters, or the pool attendants, the service is consistently excellent. Food & Restaurants The à la carte restaurants are fantastic. The food is good quality, well-prepared, and there’s a great variety of international cuisine. Rooms & Comfort The rooms are big, modern, and super comfortable. The beds are great, and the bathrooms are spacious and stylish. If you appreciate a contemporary, high-end design with lots of space, you’ll love the rooms here. Pool & Beach The pools are fantastic – clean, well-kept, and with plenty of space to relax. The beach is beautiful too, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Whether you’re a poolside lounger or a beach lover, you won’t be disappointed. Final Thoughts Would we come back? Absolutely! Secrets The Vine Cancun is a modern, luxurious resort with top-tier service, fantastic food, and a perfect beachside setting. If you’re looking for a stylish, adults-only escape with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The concierge service was such a wonderful experience. Our preferred level room was a bit more run down than I expected though. The steakhouse and italian restaurants were wonderful! I'd skip the others and only go there each night! The beach is beautiful and the drink waitstaff are very attentive on the beach.

no buffet restaurant on an evening , no booking allowed at the specialty restaurants one had to Que .all food served was nouvelle cuisine the lounge areas were very cold ,one needed warm clothing to sit there. staff great and very helpful , clean hotel.
