Perfect stay. Staff service is top notch from top to bottom. Food and drinks, great selection and availability throughout day and night. Hotel itself is in very good shape, excellent maintained, with more than enough amenties for everyone to enjoy.

Second Time Back
This is our second time at this beautiful resort. Not only is the resort itself amazing, warm, blue ocean, and three awesome pools, the service and the team members here do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Shout out to Cesar in the market café for not only remembering us every day we came down here, but being personable, welcoming, and always taking such great care of us. Even gave us a goodbye dessert. Another huge thank you to Cesar’s team members, Pedro, Nadia, Itzel, and Berenice. You always so wonderful every day of our stay. I cannot say enough, good things about this resort. The entertainment every night was so fun from the singers, dancers, shows and musicians. Service out by the pools was always on point. The different variety of restaurants and food available. All the team members here are very genuine and personable, which makes staying at this beautiful resort even better. This is obviously why we’ve come back a second time and we hope to come back again for a third. Thank you, secrets, the vine.

We Love Secrets The Vine!
An incredible experience from start to finish. Time goes by way too fast while we’re here. From the moment you wake up, until the moment you fall asleep the service is top of the line and you truly feel like family and very cared for. Cesar, Pedro, Nadia, Itzel, Berenice are a wonderful team that truly embody customer service and attention to detail. We are so sad every time we leave but look forward to returning next year. We love the Secrets The Vine staff and that is what keeps us coming back time and time again!

A Standout All-Inclusive Experience
After staying at 10 all-inclusive resorts, Secrets The Vine is the first one I’d happily return to. The little extras made a big difference—no kiosks for towels, just grab-and-return stations; robes in the room; and no need for restaurant reservations. The staff were attentive, accommodating every request without hesitation, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. I loved the flexibility to quietly relax or join small, laid-back activities, and the atmosphere was refreshingly free from the typical party vibe. While upgrades were mentioned, the sales pitch wasn’t pushy, and the public beach had far fewer peddlers than most other places I’ve visited. Plus, finding chairs by the pool or beach, even later in the day, was never an issue. The only downside was the lack of self-serve options, leading to occasional lines at the buffet or café. A small self-service station for drinks or snacks would have been a great addition. Still, the attentive staff and overall experience more than made up for this. Secrets The Vine is a cut above and well worth revisiting.

If you are looking for an all inclusive with great food find another hotel - we spent one night and left and moved to the Majestic and really enjoyed the entire experience especially the variety and quality of the dining options. The staff was wonderful and no matter what we needed we got it!
