The bed was great and made it hard for us to get out of it. Alberly the bartender was the best ever. Every employee remembered my allergies. It was like being on vacation with family. We will be returning. The food was ok in the specialty restaurants. The buffet was better.

Great property, hard working staff, poor food & terrible wine. Take your own as they rip you off for a standard Robert Mondavi Cab $60 USD which you can buy in the States for $10 & Canada $18. And this company possibly could get it for under $5. For the price they charge, they should be ashamed of themselves. Nobody will go hungry, there is lot's to choose from, but when you talk Secret's your expectation is 5 Star, and that should be for both Food & Property, not just the property.

Secrets Tides Punta Cana
My husband and I just returned from Secret’s Tides. The resort is beautiful and the food was amazing with many options. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was willing to help and answer any questions you have. We will definitely be going back.

Our best trip to the Caribbean.
By far the best resort that we have been to in the Caribbean. It's very pretty and laid out well. Our room was great with an excellent king bed, no trouble sleeping. The best part of our visit was the staff such as our butler (Diego), and bartenders Juan, Kelvin, and Angel. The food and service was also the best that we have had of any of our trips to the Caribbean. Can't say enough about how great all the staff were.

Overall a great experience. Friendly helpful staff. Decent food. Fantastic beach and pools. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We sadly got a lot of rain but we made the most of it. Spent the entire time at the resort. Entertainment was amazing! They sure love there Drills haha (everyday they were drilling something). Special mention to Cindy at front desk, and Rosa at the preferred bar.
