    The room and food was very good. We had a great time, the weather was fantastic. What a great beach they have there. The resort is in good shape and the Staff typically always had agood attitude. We always had a great Steak at any of the venues...

    Great new property!

    As a first timers that was an incredible experience! Beautiful and clean property all the way. Great service from all of the staff and specifically HUGE thank you to our personal assistant Darlin! He was amazing! Truly enjoyed our stay and my wife’s 60th Birthday!

    Pleasant stay

    New resort that opened a year ago. Beautifully laid out. The beaches were just gorgeous. Plenty of chairs for everyone around the pools and I was there at almost peak capacity. Of course there are only so many beds around the pool and beach but plenty of chairs. They are pretty strict about reserving at the crack of dawn then disappearing for 3-4 hours. I did see them removing towels and items and holding them for the customers upon their return. They are using the Butler system if you are in the preferred club. I believe the resort is short on help at the moment and experienced room cleaning and replacement of towels struggling. Hopefully it will get better soon. There is one employee that stood out. He was part of the entertainment around the pools team. Teddy. What a energetic young person and delight to be around.

    Heavenly

    Our butler was fantastic. Darlin went over and beyond for us. I strongly advise tipping him well in the beginning he makes your stay very pleasant. The only issue I had was they don’t check the preferred beach and pool area meaning anyone who is not a member are at these areas and it was extremely crowded and some people had 2 to 3 tables. I then called Darlin my butler and he went to people who had more than one and grabbed us one. He also makes all reservations.

    The best overall resort experience ever!

    Exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Very friendly and helpful staff, high quality, nutritious food options! Hotel room was beautiful and very spacious! Beach was gorgeous! Lots of activities, art, yoga, bingo, dance lessons, fun dance nights! Definitely will go back!!
