Feb 18, 2025Beautiful resort in a beautiful location.
The staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed the restaurants and liked that ice creams was available. Entertainment crew, including Armando, Jorge, Danilo and the rest, was great. The staff was very attentive and helpful everywhere at the resort. The area is beautiful and we were able to see whales in the bay. Would return again.

Best Service and great beach
I love this all-inclusive . It’s right on the beach and you can walk into town. It is an older hotel, which could use some updating, but it is still one of our favorites in the collection. What makes it stand apart is the incredible service we get every time we are there. We have gone five times. Our Butler in the Preferred area, Carlos Miranda is one of the best butlers we’ve ever had. He constantly checked in to make sure everything was great even on his day off! He made sure we had great service, reservations, and fun things in our room. We also love Cesar in the Secrets Marketplace. Extremely attentive to all of our needs, extremely friendly and just a great person. Honestly almost all the staff at this resort works really hard to make sure you are having an amazing vacation.

Excellent Staff - resort full of kind, happy to be there, prompt, VERY professional and OH so service oriented people..
Staff is excellent - very kind, professional, prompt and courteous. Never had to wait long for food, drinks or other requests - this hotel has by far the most hospitable group of individuals taking care of you - and they always with a smile on their face!

I found the Secrets preferred club bed in our room uncomfortable. The staff are excellent, they are helpful, understanding even with language barriers. Restaurant service can be sparse during certain times, as in restaurants openings do not overlap.

Entire resort was more than we anticipated. Everything and everyone was very helpful and nice
Carlos Merando and Jose Beceero were awesome. They went over and above for everything we asked for, Ceaser, our breakfast waiter, was awesome as well. Ge remembered every morning what we want to drink and promptly brought it to our table. All pool staff was also great
