Great experience at Sensira!
I visited with my sister and my nieces (ages 12 and 10) for 4 nights in mid March. The resort exceeded expectations, especially for the price! Very clean, excellent service at all restaurants/bars/front desk, plenty of activities for the kids, good choices for food/restaurants. We especially enjoyed the mid-day aqua aerobics led by Alecia, the St Patrick's day entertainment and the nightly entertainment. The hosts were fantastic with lots of energy and made our experience so special. Would highly recommend this resort for families.

AMAZING 🤩
Waiter Cristian and supervisor Carlos were the most interesting and beautifully accommodating people that I’ve met with my experience at rodeo restaurant at sensira resort! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two to host any special or intimate event. I’m sure I will be back again to see them!

Servers & service was incredible
Cristian & Carlos were an absolute gem! Kept us entertained, food was phenomenal. Our food came out within 15 mins of ordering everything. We love making friends with our servers & bartenders as we are also in the service industry! They were both so friendly & made sure you exceed expectations!

Ignore the bad reviews!
I almost cancelled this trip after reading the bad reviews posted here recently. I'm so glad I didn't... Listen. This isn't the White Lotus. If you are expecting white-glove service and Michelin Star food from an all-inclusive where a family of 4 can stay for a week for under 4k, this is an issue with your perception of reality, not with this resort. This is very clearly a family resort - do not go on your honeymoon in a place that has a tree shaped splash pad highlighted as an amenity - this will save you lots of disappointment! If you are a middle class family with kids who will enjoy having ice cream and bananas available 12 hours a day, all the chips and guacamole you can imagine, and frozen drinks at the ready, you will love this place. If you want a silent zen pool experience, do not stay here. If you want to watch your kids want to run around scream-laughing and making friends in 3 different pools until they pass out without ever asking for their ipads, you will love this place. If you are offended by the idea of having to step over some seaweed, I suggest Great Wolf Lodge. If you can step over seaweed and/or laugh while your kids put seaweed on their heads and pretend to be pirates, you will love this place. Basically - if you have realistic expectations given what you're paying and who this resort is designed for, you will love it. It's affordable, it's close to the airport, it's fun, it's clean, and the employees are spectacular. Some specifics: -The steakhouse was FANTASTIC. Get the "western drink" and the filet. The buffet and other restaurants were all good - not amazing, think Chili's or On the Border quality. -Yes, the pool chairs fill up quickly. We always found some eventually. It did not detract from our experience - The staff were all absolutely on top of everything, from the guys running the zip line to the hostess at the buffet, to the girls in the Kid's Adventure Club, every single person we encountered was helpful, kind, and seemed to enjoy their job. - Yes. The road is bumpy. I really don't know what to tell you if that's going to ruin your vacation... again, maybe stay at a Great Wolf Lodge instead. - Re: "getting sick from the food". I watched a woman eat a cheeseburger that had been sitting out in the sun for 45 minutes and picked at by several birds. The waitstaff told her TWICE and kept trying to take the plate away. She stopped them from taking it. This is a person who will then get violently ill and blame the hotel for it. What else are they supposed to do? They provide plenty of bottled water, and we had no issues with the food. - The small footprint makes it easy to keep an eye on your kids while letting them have a great time. The shape of the building also means there's at least one pool in the shade during the day. Bring LOTS of sunscreen - the March April sun in Mexico is deceptive because of the cool breeze.

Great Night!
Ana took care of us and gave us a night to remember! All of us agreed we would return if given the chance. We had a group of about 20 and we split up into two tables and we each had a very enjoyable evening. The ribeyes were a little thin but the tomahawk was well worth the money.
