    Best Romantic Trip Ever - Never Been So Spoiled!

    We planned this trip for our 42nd anniversary and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed we were treated like royalty. Beautiful grounds, beautiful accommodations, and beautiful, kind, and courteous staff! We were greeted by our butler McCarthy who took care of us our entire stay and left no stone unturned. This was our first visit to an all inclusive resort and it was a bit overwhelming. But McCarthy made it so easy. He had a full itinerary planned for us so we didn’t have to think about anything…we just followed the schedule which was perfect! We loved him!! The Greathouse restaurant was top notch and the food was excellent! We met so many staff members who welcomed us upon arrival and continued to cater to any of our needs for our entire stay. Daily and evening activities were well planned and executed. Serenity is the perfect place for a couple to be pampered and to enjoy a smaller crowd. We ventured out to Coconut Bay once to check it out, but spent the majority of our time at Serenity when not out enjoying excursions. All of the staff knew us by name. We we’re especially impressed how well the staff works together! Aside from McCarthy who became our new best friend, we would like to give a shout out to the rest of the staff. Patrice and Trisha did a great job keeping our room clean and decorated…loved all the towel art and the romantic turn down service. Marista, Jemmel, Gemma, and Hannah provided excellent service while dining and enjoying evening activities. Sabby delivered our breakfast with a smile and a bubbly personality! Kevin kept things going as the ultimate MC for all activities! I can’t say enough about Ray who not only took our drink orders at the pool bar but also cleaned our sunglasses! Latonya was the sweetest, always remembering our drink orders and providing service with a smile! Thank you Charles for making a “goodbye” shot for everyone before leaving…and last but not least a big thank you to Jonathan for climbing the coconut trees and making me many “Jonathan Specials!” I’m sure I’ve missed someone specifically, but the entire staff at Serenity made our stay a most memorable event. We will never forget it and will definitely be back! We can now say we have “family” in St Lucia!

    Honeymoon of our Dreams

    This was the honeymoon of our dreams! everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! We had McGregor as our butler and upon arrival he had all of our daily actives already booked and would help us with anything that we needed! The food at this resort was incredible. Steak, seafood, pasta, burgers, you name it. it was all delicious. As great as the pool was, make sure you get a beach cabana at least on one of your days! The beach was absolutely stunning! It was a short golf cart ride away, and we didn't see it until our second to last day. We were bummed about that because it was such a stunning beach we would have liked to spend more time there. The best part about this resort not only is the quiet and relaxing environment, but also the staff. We cannot say enough good things about each and every member of the Serenity Team. Our first night, our server was Cornela. She found us everyday and went out of her way to ask how our stay was and what we had done or had planned for each day. Even when she wasn't waiting on us! Same thing goes for Ginel. The pool bar staff was EXCELLENT. I read in a comment somewhere that Ray was the most perfect Ray of sunshine by the pool and that couldn't be more true! Delon and Lee were our favorite bar tenders. Just always asking what they could make for us and checking on us daily. Kevin was also awesome. He hosted the Sunday fun day and the Rum and Food Festival and made it so fun! We also want to shout out Chef Lucy for the private sushi class. She was so nice and had no problem letting us know who made the better sushi roll! Thank you to everyone at Serenity for making our honeymoon so perfect. We cannot wait to come back!!

    A fantastic 2nd visit

    We wouldn’t normally return to a previous hotel for our main holiday more than once but we returned here as we loved it so much the first time. Had a fantastic 2nd visit here, just as wonderful as the first! The whole team are like a family and you feel a part of this for your stay. Hard to narrow it down to a few individuals as all staff are fantastic but I would really like to thank the brilliant butlers who looked after us - Quade, Kimberley, Kaisha and lovely Narissa who waved us off! Also the very funny Lee, Charles, Delon, Ray - such a gentleman! And Kevin. Also thanks to Jonathan the gardener for taking the time to cut coconuts and fill them with cocktails. Also the lovely ladies who make meal times so special - too many to list but Ginel we enjoyed our chats and the brilliant Natoya who works so hard and for who nothing is too much! Thanks so so much and we have completely broken with tradition and booked for a 3rd visit!!

    Just WOW

    This was our third time at Serenity. The WOW effect is still there. We love this place as it is rhe right fit for us. We had Ali as butler. She is the sweetest. She always surprise us with little things here and there. Her contagious smile and her kindness was really appreciated. Whats make the difference at Serenity compare to other resort is the staff. They are kind, always smiling and eager to help in anyway. A big shout out to the management and staff. There will be a 4th time for sure. Go with confidence.

    5-Star Honeymoon Location!

    My husband and I went to Serenity at Coconut Bay for our Honeymoon and it was the most fabulous trip we have ever been on. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. From our AMAZING butler Kaisha, the WONDERFUL bartenders - Ray, Charles, and Coconut Johnny, to the amazing servers - Delon, Tyler, Kimberly, and Ginel - every staff member there was truly amazing. Kevin knows how to throw a party on Sundays. I loved the handwritten notes from Merista that came with our breakfast every morning and the super cute towel art from Patrice and housekeeping. Serenity knows what it is doing and that explains why we met so many couples who have gone back again and again. The Grand Romance package made the trip extra special - our favorite was the private beach cabana. We would 1000% recommend to any couple planning a honeymoon to go here.
