The resort is on a large property and our rooms were nested in a tropical forest. Bug spray is definitely needed and the resort provided it along with after bite spray. They were both effective. The rooms are fantastic, the best we’ve had and we travel a lot. They were like private apartment. We really enjoyed the private patio and pool. It is really hot there so shade and water are essential. The Serenity pool is quiet and small and the service is amazing. Ray, one of the bartenders, actually came around and cleaned our sunglasses! They bring around snacks and treats like frozen fruit popsicles, ice cream and food. Lunch can be ordered and delivered poolside. Room service is also amazing., arriving on time, hot and nicely presented. The food here is very good with a lot of options. The Serenity section is not right on the beach but it is not too far a walk. The resort is on the Atlantic Ocean so the water is rougher with a lot of sea grasses washing up. They do clean it daily and the beach is actually quite good. What makes this resort most enjoyable is their people. Every single employee from the gardeners to the management were genuinely friendly and did everything in their power to satisfy any requests. They deliver thoughtful extras that just make everything a little more special. Daily and nightly works of art with towel creations coupled with inspirational notes are just one example. Special shout out to some fantastic people- Davidson, our butler, took care of everything with expertise and made sure we had our early morning coffee delivered daily. Kimberley our second butler whose smile always found us even when we forgot to bring our butler phone with us. Daniel who drive us to the beach and then came back to check if we wanted lunch. Joella, Ray, Kevin, Vaniah and Trisha whose personal touch made our stay amazing. Thanks to all of you.

Tropical paradise with exceptional service
Wow, this place was amazing. My wife and I missed celebrating our 20th anniversary back in June, so we came in December to celebrate that and my wife’s birthday. The Serenity staff began welcoming us as soon as we cleared customs, where they ordered us a driver to bring us to the resort. The drive was short, we were on the property within 10 minutes. Our butler was waiting for us and gave us a quick tour of the facilities on the way to our private suite. The suites are unique, from the gated entrance to our private courtyard with outdoor dining area, plunge pool, and hammock. Into the room there is a large king bed, all of the essentials, a hot drawn bath in the soaking tub ready for us to relax the moment we got there. Full control of the air conditioner was a nice treat over our usual accommodations, as we could keep our suite as cold (or warm) as we wanted it. We were provided an itinerary, where our butler had already arranged dinner reservations so we didn’t have to worry about it on our first day. He then helped us plan a number of excursions that all exceeded our expectations. We did a private tour of the island, including a mud bath experience by the volcano, a tour of the botanical gardens, and a scenic ride through a number of villages. Our driver was well versed and conversational, giving us a history lesson about how Saint Lucia became what it is today. We ate most of our meals in The Great House where the food was delicious and service truly exceptional. Every need was not only met, but they were prepared for almost everything, so we rarely needed to ask for a thing. The drinks were delicious and plentiful, with too many specialty drinks to try. Our final day, although a little sad because we had to return home, was just as welcoming as our first. Our butler helped settle the bill, ensure we had our duty free items, and our bags were stored while we enjoyed the property until our shuttle to the airport was ready to pick us up. This was a one of a kind experience that we will never forget and we cannot wait to come back!

This was really the holiday of a lifetime. Beautiful accommodation in a perfect setting made very special by McCarthy our butler who could not have done more to make this a special holiday for us. Also to mention Kevin and Delon at the bar always smiling and entertaining everyone and to the lovely Ginel in the restaurant who greeted us with a smile every day. Food and drinks here are amazing. We have stayed in 5 star before but this is 6 star. Hope to be back one day

WOW WOW WOW!!!!! Spoiled to the extreme!!!!
I have been to countless All Inclusive Resorts across the Caribbean as a Travel Agent for the past 30 years and this is within the top three of my travels if not the best! For the record, they had no idea I was a TA for any kind of "special treatment." You are completely spoiled from the moment you check-in to check-out! The food was some of the best of my travels - especially for an all inclusive property! The shrimp mac and cheese for lunch was out of this world! This is a boutique, quiet, intimate enclave within a 85 acre complex with the main resort ( Coconut Bay Beach Resort ) being across the driveway that is a 3 minute walk or you can have your Butler take you there in a golf cart as you have all access to "Coconut Bay" hotel and this is where the beach is. Make sure to rent a beach cabana for the day! You will not be sorry! Worth every penny! You can have whatever your heart desires food and drink wise delivered to your room and even have an ice maker in your room! Bug repellant, aloe as well as high end toiletries are also supplied. It was hard to leave our plunge pool SANCTUARY and one of the days we didn't! We took outdoor showers from our patio everyday staring up to the clouds and palm trees! This property is pure Heaven and very close to the airport. The staff! Where do I start? Every single person was genuinely friendly, bending over backwards to cater to you! It is evident that they are very well taken care of by the resort Management and happy to be there! Our Butler was Mc Carthy and he was such a sweetheart! Always looking after us with that genuine smile and wanted to do more and more for us than we even asked for - which wasn't much! We are very self sufficient and honestly, you don't need much of anything here because it is all provided to you in your room but he was always around and a phone call away with the Butler phones that they provide! I CRIED when I hugged him good-bye! This resort was very hard to leave and we are both deeply saddened to be back home in Chicago today! As we pulled away in the transfer vehicle, Mc Carthy stood there in the driveway with both hands high up in the air waving bye to us & blowing kisses. I got choked up in the van and started to cry again! Such a special moment and he absolutely made our trip!! I will be emailing the resort to ask for Mc Carthy for all of my clients that I send there as we miss him already! Everything here is mind blowing and top notch! Book this hotel right now but when you do, please support your local hometown Travel Advisor! We will be back as soon as possible and I NEVER go back to the same resort twice!!! Serenity has now broken my rule! Thank you Management for running a tight ship and doing things the way they are supposed to be done! All week long was "Wow, wow, wow!" Absolutely phenomenal!
Absolutely phenomenal stay here at Serenity - a picture perfect honeymoon for us. Everything was performed with such kindness and promptness, ranging from our excursions ATVing around the island, snorkeling in between the Pitons, and having a private tour guide show us the lighthouse, volcanic mudbaths, and more. The food and drink were exquisite. Shoutout to our butler McCarthy and our tour guide Sherman for the best week ever! Thank you so much, Serenity. Will certainly be back again.
