  Wow!

  I never write reviews..ever. But I feel compelled to tell you about what a fantastic resort the Seven Stars is. From the concierge, to the housekeeping, to the wait staff , everyone was so polite , friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The restaurants and pools are wonderful and there are plenty of chairs on the beach with umbrellas. This is my second time visiting the Seven Stars. My husband and I loved our 4 night stay..we will be coming back again!

  The best vacation hotel you will ever experience

  The staff was the nicest and most professional. Chrissy at the front desk was so helpful and honest. The beach staff were so attentive and friendly. The room was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed. The view and cleanest resort. The breakfast buffet was more than we expected. The farm restaurant was my favorite dinner. The desserts were also my favorite.

  Seven Stars goes to 3 Stars…this time

  5th trip to T&C and have stayed at Grace Bay Club (2x), Point Grace and Ocean Club West. Great location on Grace Bay with nice grounds, spacious/well appointed residences, close to restaurants/retail and a wonderful staff. We went in early Dec so crowds were light. Breakfast buffet was well done. That said avoid at all costs room 302 if you are able. The “Ocean View” is virtually nonexistent (blocked by structures and trees) and is within 50’ of the kitchen for the adjacent Ritz property (pre-dawn noise, loud evenings and dumpster banging). We are huge fans of the Turks and will be back to the island but unless we can get into another tower with a view and peaceful vibe we have come to expect, sadly it won’t be here.

  Relaxing island visit

  The hotel was the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. Service was always pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and friendly. We enjoyed all the restaurants on the property, a bit expensive but we expected that. The pools were heated so it was always comfortable.

  We went back and we're glad we did !

  When my wife and I returned from our fourth trip to Seven Stars last February we were somewhat disgruntled with the room we had been offered and the way our issue was handled. We spent a great amount of time this past fall looking for an alternative in the Caribbean that coupled the excellence we had come to enjoy at Seven Stars with the price value that we received. We honestly couldn't find a suitable alternative so we came back for our fifth trip last week and we are so glad we did. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival when we received a complimentary upgrade in our accommodations. We had never had a problem with the wonderful staff at Seven Stars who we saw every day at breakfast and at poolside. We were treated like family, with warmth and friendliness that helped make the trip so wonderful. We would like to give a special shout out to Chama and Jay in the breakfast room and the wonderful Luz, a manager at the fine dining restaurant, Seven. Housekeeping was terrific and kept the suite in immaculate shape. We relaxed in great comfort, and came back ready to face the rest of the miserable winter in the Northeast. Providenciales, however, badly needs a new expanded modern airport. We waited in line for an hour upon arrival to go through Immigration, and the conditions in the departure terminal, while slightly improved, are vastly inadequate. Seats have been removed to create more space for the long lines that wind around the departure lounge to board the flights ,but consequently seating space is diminished. I stood ,along with hundreds of others ,for most of the two hours we waited for our plane to board while my wife sat. There are three major hotel projects under construction on Provo, and it seems to me that the hotel owners should be lobbying the government intensely to get a new facility.
