    Skip this Hotel

    As a Titanium Elite Marriot member I would have expected far more. A 5th floor room with filthy windows outside and moss growing on the outside sill. None of the usual welcome items as my colleague experienced in his room on the 14th floor, fruit plate, chocolates. On mentioning this at reception on my returns to the room on the first night I did have two small chocolates on my bed stand. I would never stay here again. Three more nights and I am headed home.

    You Won't Want to Leave!

    We spent a week at the Sheraton Grand Panama and we didn't want to leave. The room is spacious and has lots of storage is you want to unpack. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Joseph the concierge was very helpful in connecting us with tour providers and services near the hotel. He was our go-to guy. Every day we looked forward to the hotel's breakfast as they have a wide variety of food, an omelet chef and the hot dishes change daily. The hotel restaurant, Las Hadas, has very good food too at an affordable price (loved the Tortilla Soup). When we weren't going on day trips we spent a lot of time in the pool, jacuzzi (for one person), steam room and sauna. Everything is so clean and the hotel staff is very friendly (speaking Spanish helps though). We were there in low season so they were probably more relaxed. The Sheraton is located 15 minutes from Tocumen Airport and 15 minutes from Casco Viejo by Uber so it is well located if you're a tourist. Within a 5 minute walking distance are Jimmy Paridilla and Roadster's Diner, two good family-style restaurants. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a 10 minute walk away if you like premium coffee.

    Amazing stay!!!

    We stayed two days at this hotel for our quick trip to Panama! We had an amazing experience from the service of the staff to the quality of the rooms. The water of the pool was very cold, but was great to use!!!!! The location was also very good!!!

    Oldie but a Goldie

    Yes, this is an old Sheraton property and needs an urgent remodel. The property is great, large, and well-located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, however one can easily see the use. Nice breakfast. Spotty Wifi. Cost-wise, this would still be a good choice for me, but a remodel could make a huge difference.
