    Spring Break

    My family, including teenagers, had a very good trip staying at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and for a large hotel the elevators were surprisingly quick. The Infinity pool was a highlight. The beach was packed, as expected. Overall, a solid choice for a family beach getaway.

    Amazing!!!

    Amazing views and amazing staff. Shout out to Trina in the Gift Shop. We enjoyed our visit and everything is walking distance. Great experience however, it took several requests to get shampoo and conditioner refilled (was eventually refilled the following day). Maybe they just got really busy.

    Roger rocks!

    Roger cleaned our room and he was amazing!!!! He was so nice to our family and our room was perfect. Roger at the Sheraton Waikiki you are the best. Thank you so much. Everything was perfect. Roger even gave our boys necklaces! He went above and beyond. Thank you.

    An amazing stay.

    We are here to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary as well as a getaway after the loss of my Mother. We have had an amazing time with great food and awesome interactions with staff. Our housekeeper, Roger, made a great stay even better with his kind generosity and making us feel valued and appreciated. The Sheraton is blessed to have him as an ambassador to this hotel AND the Sheraton brand. If we are ever back, THIS is where we will stay and will request Roger’s floor. - J & P Hanson

    Loves It!

    The place is very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly, great location. Breakfast is delicious. The lines are a little long in the morning but moves really fast and worth it. Good at the other restaurants was really good. Location is close to everything. We stayed for 8 days and would highly recommend.
