Feb 19, 2025Bad Staff, Terrible food, and their need to be put a serious security on the grounds because my money was stolen.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful but the service has been terrible. the staff were so unbothered . The waiters and waitresses just hang out at the bar and talk. Kenderly was very un professional and he stole my money on the beach and said it was his it was $100 + dollars.

THE SHORE CLUB HOSPITALITY WAS PICTURE-PERFECT! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM THE CUISINE [ALMOND TREE RESTAURANT], ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS, ATMOSPHERE, AND ESPECIALLY THE ENTIRE PERSONNEL STAFF. THE BEST WAS TO WATCH THE LIX SUPER BOWL GAME POOLSIDE AND UNDER THE STARS.

Great service!
Everyone was very pleasant! The young man at the service desk, housekeeping, and the morning crew: Nodege, Anise, Sanabria, Angie, Natasha, Delores, Monicka, and Herlyne were fantastic. The room is clean and spacious. The pools are great.

The Shore Club is truly a slice of paradise, offering not only stunning resort grounds but also an unforgettable experience thanks to its phenomenal staff. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. A special shout-out must go to the incredible breakfast staff, who made each morning a delightful experience. Nakisha, Delores, Sanaloria, Angie, Natasha, Adamgle, Anise, Nadege, Nliyeca, Herylene, and Youskine were absolute gems, always greeting us with bright smiles and impeccable service. Chef Michael deserves immense praise for crafting delicious dishes that were the perfect way to start the day. Their dedication and attention to detail elevated our stay to an exceptional level. The resort grounds are breathtaking, with beautifully manicured gardens, pristine pools, and serene beachfront views that feel like a dream. Every corner of The Shore Club reflects elegance and care, creating a tranquil atmosphere that's hard to leave behind. Our experience at The Shore Club exceeded every expectation, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff made it all the more memorable. We can't wait to return and create even more cherished memories.

Amazing Staff!
The Staff was absolutely amazing, however the Breakfast Team took our experience to the next level. I was to give special thanks to Niyeca, Delores, Angie, Samaria, Natasha,Herylene, Nakisha, Anise, Natege and Adamslie! Thank you all for you beautiful smiling faces and such kindness.
