Nice meals, excellent room (spotless) nice view, beautiful spaces and easy access to the beach. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is, from the outset, a disaster. I make a reservation on the official website sonesta.com for two nights and it costs me $273 dollars. I had doubts about the price so I immediately go to where I usually make my reservations, which is Expedia. It turns out that there the same reservation costs me $80 dollars less. I immediately start calling the hotel to see how I can cancel the reservation but the hotel never answers my calls. After several hours of insisting and insisting, someone finally answers me. After checking for several minutes he tells me that he can't do anything because I made the reservation on the international website. He tells me to go to the page where I made the reservation and look for a chat or somewhere where I can talk to them. I go to the page and it turns out that there is nowhere a chat or anything where I can communicate with them. I call the hotel again and again they don't answer. In the end I got tired of continuing to look for help and not finding it. In short, I lost $80 dollars by booking directly with the hotel in addition to the rewards that Expedia gives me. My experience with the Sonesta is regrettable and I haven't even gotten to the hotel.

Unforgettable Birthday
Besides the weather that can’t be controlled, I enjoyed my 8 day stay. Thank you Sonesta and Nataly for doing braids at the pool

Overall I am very satisfied with my stay comfortable bed. And my room was cleaned daily basis .Silvia is my house keeper. And food was fresh and reasonable price. Taste fantastic. I was serve by Caroline and malisa and some other servers did care of my needs . It's very pleasant stay
