Mar 24, 2025Rockley- A Not so Hidden Gem
The Rockley has all of the elegance of a luxury hotel without any of the stuffiness. Everyone working there was friendly and hard working and went above and beyond to make sure you were well taken care of. From the outdoor bar to the pool, the hotel was so thoughtfully designed. I would not hesitate to book there again.

The Rockley Experience
Enjoyed the whole Rockley experience if I were to come to Barbados again ai would certainly choose the The Rockley,the staff were so friendly and helpful always a smile and a good morning or hello.Nothing was too much trouble.And the sun was always shining.

Heavenly few days in Barbados
I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond; the rooms were lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the beach was right across the street. The happy hours were fun, and the pool was very relaxing. It is also within walking distance of other restaurants and shopping.

AMAZING TWO WEEKS AT THE ROCKLEY.
To quote Tina Turner, this hotel is "simply the best". It is excellent in all respects - the rooms, the staff, the food, location and cleanliness. The rooms are large with a massive double bed and plenty of storage room. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Towels and bedding were changed frequently and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned each day. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette, although we hardly used this facility. The hotel offers entertainments every day, including a weekly trip around the island, conducted by Troy, in charge of guest services. This man is incredibly helpful and has a great knowledge of the area to help guests arrange their own trips, restaurant visits, etc. In fact, ALL of the staff were excellent, working well as a team. Dwayne and Dash in the bar were an amazing double act! Breakfasts were great, with a variety of different hot dishes every day, as well as cereals, fruit juices, fresh fruit, toast and cakes and, most importantly, excellent coffee! The location of the hotel is ideal, just across the road from Rockley Beach. There are bus stops just outside. Although the road is busy, there is a crossing just by the hotel, and the drivers are very courteous, often stopping to let you cross anywhere. Some people have said it's noisy, but you are not aware of it when the doors are closed at night. Our thanks to everyone at The Rockley. We have already booked for a further two weeks here early next year. Can't wait!

Barbados
What a fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived the welcome was amazing, there was such a happy vibe with all the staff and everyone could not do enough for us. The room was fantastic and great art to read and take pics of. A few more sunbeds around pool would work, but with the beach across the road and free sunbeds daily it wasn't an issue. Thank you so much to Troy who was super helpful and friendly.
