What a great four nights we had at the resort! The resort is always being maintained and kept up by all the staff, and overall, they’re very friendly. Special staff shoutouts: *Alberto at the spa. Ummm, WOW!! We will be coming back in March and I will specifically request him again for our couples tantric massage!!!! He hits all the right places 😉! (Tantric massage is way better than erotic massage and costs the same money) *Juan at Sutra has the best personality. He’s so happy and cares for his customers. *Cesar was a bellhop and very cordial and helpful *Azul greeted us upon arrival and answered any questions we may have had *Luigi at the bar was fabulous. What a nice man!! *The numerous wait staff around the pool were always helpful and amazing at making sure our drinks were full. We were there during the Tower Takeover and it wasn’t well advertised at all. We had no idea what was going on when or where, so despite the fact that we paid more, we got nothing out of it so that was a bummer. Overall, we had a great time and will be back, but may try the garden level over the tower to save a few dollars.

Amazing fun at the pool thanks to Mike and Lili!
Mike and Lili are the best pool concierge! They were very friendly and very helpful during our entire stay!! Ivan is an amazing butler and makes our stay more enjoyable. We also get the best massages from the spa in the resort. We look forward to seeing them again soon.

If you like the party, this is the place!! Great place to stay together with your couple enjoying the pool, with very good restaurants y mainly with a GREAT service in all the different areas. Juan at the pool bar, Luigi at the Sky, Daniela in the bash, Sinoe, Dulve & Israel on the SeaFlirt. Definetly a great place to come back!

Always a good time.
We love going here. From the moment we walk in we are taken care of by our butlers Shadia & Leo, who took care of anything we needed in the room to making our dinner reservations. Dinner is wonderful at the hibachi restaurant with our server Chris who makes it an awesome experience! Liliana always makes sure we have towels & chairs by the pool. The bar is taken care of right by Gerry and his team with the awesome drinks. JJ and the play makers always makes sure everyone is having a fun great time. We will definitely be back next year!

This was our 3rd and best time. Our entire group had a blast. This is definitely a party resort. The nightly entertainment was exciting and engaging. Wendy kept us very comfortable under the cabana. Our guests were very pleased with the service.
