    really pleasant and enjoyable!

    The staff is very attentive and they are always helping you to be comfortable. The service is excellent … There is a lot of security and they help you with places to visit, they have good prices on tours to the islands. There is a lot of security and they help you with places to visit, they have good prices on tours to the islands, they are also very kind at mealtimes, everything is very hygienic and organized at breakfast.

    Good hotel In the middle of Bocagrande

    The hotel is in the middle of Bocagrande. Our room was small for tree people. The breakfast at the table is very good. The employers are pretty and nice. On the floor are available jacuzzi and rest area. Wifi works good but not in all area. At the entry you can find coffee and water for free.

    TOP PRICE VALUE

    This small 4 story hotel is walkable to the beach, restaurants and medical facilities. It's purpose is for sleep, shower and storage of your luggage. After all, you're there to be outdoors. It was a pleasant surprise to find this place last minute, through my Delta flight booking at a discount.

    Practical & Enchanting.. Tequendema de Indias

    There is absolutely nothing I can say about Hotel Tequendema de Indias that would not include the words pleasant, cozy & outstanding. This is a fantastic establishment with a professional staff with hearts of gold. I was a sold as soon as Jesus, Guido, Marta & the rest of the staff welcomed me with the kindness so innate of the Cartageneros. I was made feel like royalty & a friend all at the same time. Tequendema de Indias is close to everything, so there’s no need to rent a car if you’re going to stay local. Everything is within walking distance. The premises are very clean & well maintained. The refreshment table of coffee, tea, water was a big plus for me as I enjoyed many delicious cups of cafe colombiano. I had a great holiday, mostly, due to the way I was treated here. To me, this was the full representation of how wonderful Cartagena & its people are. I was very lucky to experience it all from first setting foot in it til my very last second there. Gracias por todo! So in my best Arnold’s voice...”I’ll be back! “

    Spend Extra Money for Better Hotel

    Very small room with double bed as hard as cement. Unable to take hot shower and showerhead was leaking and clogged. Wi-fi only worked in hotel lobby not on 4th floor where my room was located. Could hear all the traffic & street noise from down below which included incessant honking. Don't waste your time nor money. Ended up booking a hotel room at the Hilton and it was worth it even though it cost a considerable amount more. Gio Hotel won't refund my money although I only stayed 1 night of the 3 nights booked.
