  Dream vacation

  We had a fantastic vacation, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The beautiful beach, delicious cuisine, and exceptional staff made our stay truly unforgettable. We'd like to extend our gratitude to Ezequiel, Guadalupe, and Edna, who provided outstanding service. Their warm smiles and attention to detail made our stay truly special.

  Superb resort experience

  What a gorgeous property - really lovely and intelligent design, set right in the middle of the mangroves, with no bad rooms. There are loads of places to relax - beach, pools, cabanas - so you never feel crowded. The service everywhere is impeccable, with a big shout-out to our wonderful butler Franco (it's taking all my willpower not to Whatsapp him now).

  The answer is yes...

  If you are wondering if you should go - the answer is yes. From the moment we arrived, we felt attended to like never before. Every single person knew us by name. Suggestions were made that we didn't even know were possibilities. From baths made by our incredible Butler team good morning, coffee delivery and surprise cordials left in the room, we were in great hands with Kapo and his peers. At the pool, we were delighted by cold and Frozen treats delivered just as it was getting a little warm. Mango granita with chamoy, delicious fruit paletas, And prompt bar service whenever we needed it. We absolutely loved Toro, and thought it was well priced for the high quality food. Drinks were thoughtfully curated and weren't your typical Resort sugarblasts. Have a question? Lean on your butlers. Our Butler team was incredibly easy to reach via Whatsapp, always responsive, and always "solved for yes" The resort is beyond gorgeous, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Photos do not do it justice. We can't wait to come back.

  Happy to be back to St-Regis Kanai!

  Our home away from home! This is our 5th visit to this beautiful property and Marco is still the gem of all gems at the pool! We were happy to see the lovely Guadeloupe at breakfast. Butler Xochitl was also great! We also saw the incredible Kopa who is amazing! Food is significantly improved from last visits and it’s also a great option to eat at Edition next door and Ethereo. We will be back! We travel often to riviera maya and this place is hard to beat! The service at the pool and beach is the best I have seen in riviera maya. Isabelle and Jeff Oben

  St. Regis Kanai was a paradise!

  My visit to the St. Regis Kanai in early January 2025 was nothing short of magical! The resort was a true paradise and exactly what I was seeking in terms of comfort, solitude and relaxation. From the lobby architecture to the pool areas, amazing food to courteous staff, everything was incredible and top notch quality. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat! I wanted to give a special shoutout to all the amazing hotel staff that helped me during my stay! My butlers ** Dali, Ana and Paulette ** were incredible in helping me with any little thing I needed help with during my stay. They helped with dinner reservations, answering my questions about the resort throughout the week, and helping me during my checkout process (and rescuing my passport, thank you Dali! <3) I felt like I was in amazing hands and could not have asked for better service. Thank you so much for everything! I also wanted to give a big shoutout to all the pool and beach wait staff that always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had the things I needed. ** Obed, Francisco, Ismael, Raul and so many others at the pool area and also Daniel and Antonio at the beach area **, thank you all so much! It was always truly relaxing. The property is beautiful, the pool area is amazing with both family and adult areas, and the beach is clean. The ocean water at this property was rocky and full of seaweed in January 2025, but on the calmer days some spots of the ocean water opened up for peaceful swimming. The food at every single restaurant in the resort was spectacular, most dishes were among the best I had ever had. The Italian restaurant in the evening had amazing gluten-free pasta. The spa was incredibly serene. The hydrotherapy circuit was spectacular, with a truly hot steam room and sauna. If you intend to use the spa I recommend going once first to learn the ropes from the staff, and then a second time for the DIY/relaxed experience. Thank you Andrea for your help in the spa! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, high quality and with a shower, bath tub and outdoor plunge pool and ocean and wilderness view. It was beautiful. I needed a week to reset and relax in the sunshine and the St. Regis Kanai was a true paradise. I happened to get good sunny weather all seven days, and had a truly unforgettable week. Thank you.
