Wow, just wow!! My wife and I spent our anniversary at this wonderful hotel. The staff were brilliant, so knowledgeable and approachable with the questions we had. They organised tickets for a local attraction for us, which was fabulous. We enjoyed breakfast, which was lovely and the again the breakfast team was great in looking after us. Our room was private and very peaceful and the cleaning staff did a Sterling job each day making it fresh and clean. Thank you.

Lovely Stay!
We stayed in the new underground suites, and they had a charming, cozy feel! The room’s technology took a little getting used to, but the amenities and overall comfort were top-notch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always helpful whenever we saw them. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling! The American girls enjoyed their first time staying in London! 😀

A couples’ Valentine’s weekend getaway from USA
What a wonderful property. Very clean, helpful staff. Our room was pristine and stocked every day. The concierge and front desk went out of their way to help us find the best locations for meals. Thank you, Ionuts! Thank you, Michaela! The hotel breakfast is amazing and the best way to start our day. The location is perfect for first time visitors to London. We walked everywhere. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar for great views and a nightcap. Very much enjoyed our visit and will return!

Amazing location, great rooftop bar and fantastic sleep quality
Always love this hotel as the location is perfect. Having gone a recent upgrade the place is fabulous. This time we managed to get the room 303 again which offers the best views of Trafalgar Square. - small issue with the toilet unfortunately so had to move but no drama- the roof top terrace is an incredible place to take pics and sit and watch the world go by. Sleep quality is fabulous, staff very helpful. Well worth a try.

What a great experience we had.
The Hotel was great! We would stay here again. We had 3 adults in a room and had plenty of space. The hotel was updated and clean. The staff was really helpful. I was traveling with my adult daughter and my handicapped mother and they went above and beyond making sure we had help getting cabs. It's in a great location. My mom specifically wanted to go to an exhibit at the National Gallery and it's across the street. When mom was resting my daughter and I were able to easily walk to pubs, restaurants, and shopping.
