Disappointing breakfast.
The check-in process was as expected. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were well-stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They are now fixed to the wall. However, there was no option for bubble bath or gel for the bath - just for the shower, so I had to squeeze some into a cup. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The female employee met me only said two words “Coffee or Tea!” without any further conversation or greeting. The table I sat at was extremely wobbly, and after I moved and informed the staff about the issue, they failed to address it. The metal serving spoon and plate holding the beans and eggs appeared to have been in place for weeks, despite the fact that the restaurant had only opened a few minutes earlier. This was a stark contrast to the previous experience, where the service was attentive and efficient.

NO SLEEP
The hotel has many good points but I unfortunately was given a room next to the roof top bar which had loud party music till 1 am , I was hoping for a nice early night but the booming Christmas party and corridor noise was such a shame. I complained but was told it will stop at 1AM....

Top hotel
My second stay at this fabulous hotel and won’t be my last. Great location, easily walkable to main attractions and theater land. Every member of staff I encountered were friendly, but i do have to mention the restaurant manager at breakfast, Ravssa, a lovely, friendly lady who greeted us every morning with recognition and remembered what morning drink we had, makes a difference knowing you not just another face.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Well-Located
Beautiful, comfortable & clean hotel. Excellently located & right in front of Trafalgar Square and The National Gallery. Easy walking to popular locations such se Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Soho. We had one issue to resolve and the staff was very helpful. There’s a great bar on the ground floor as well as a rooftop bar that also serves breakfast.

Good location
The check-in process at Trafalgar St. James Curio was quite challenging. Prior to booking, I reached out to Hilton to clarify the room type due to the confusing and unclear descriptions on the hotel's website. It is crucial to enhance the website to provide a clearer distinction among the room types. Merely displaying different prices without detailed room descriptions does not effectively communicate the differences. Unfortunately, I was given misinformation, resulting in a room that did not meet my expectations. Despite facing Trafalgar Square, my room was situated on a lower floor and turned out to be smaller than anticipated. A clearer website would have allowed me to choose a room with a square view and more space by paying extra. Although the room was compact, it was functional and the bed was comfortable. However, the noise from street construction and traffic was disruptive. The breakfast on the rooftop was satisfactory, with a great view. As a diamond member, I expected breakfast to be included, but I had inadvertently booked a room with breakfast that did not cover all menu items. The buffet selection was limited, and the quality of the food was average. The dining experience resembled that of a budget hotel like Hilton Garden Inn, with inexperienced servers who were hesitant to fulfill service requests, such as providing additional coffee. Despite the average experience, the valet service was friendly, and the front desk manager, Kurtis, tried his best to accommodate my needs. Ultimately, the hotel is average, with confusing room descriptions on the website. For those prioritizing the hotel's location, Trafalgar St. James Curio is an ideal choice, as it is conveniently situated in Trafalgar Square and within walking distance of various attractions in London.
