The Kai Manje Bar adds a fresh appeal to the quaint village experience, rivalling the finest choices island wide. Perched on the cliff side overlooking the calm waters below the Kai Manje Bar is superbly designed to live in harmony with its lush naturalenvironment. Newly constructed with an air of mystery tucked away at the end of a stony hallway, guests are spoilt for choice from a well stocked bar serving locally named cocktails while seeping in a stunning visage of the emerald seas to the west and richsilver sandy beaches below. From its unique handcrafted bar trimmings, scalloped with coconut wood to mosaic artistry pristinely scattered on the solid bar, the Kai Manje bar is an extension of the strong theme projected throughout the property. Guests canrelax in an unpretentious environment, switching into a tropical mood.

  • The ‘Ti Kave’ Underground Wine Cellar
Because the Caribbean is such a rich cultural melting pot with strong European origins, Ti Kaye Resort has made sure to infuse wine into the core of the culinary ethos of the resort. Wine has always played a key role at Ti Kaye, and in 2010 we took itto a whole new level with Kai Manje’s ‘Ti Kave’ – an underground wine cave built to house a collection of more than 3000 bottles of premium vintages from across the globe. Driven by owner Nick Pinnock’s personal passion for wine, Ti Kave was transformed froman old water storage tank into a medieval stone-clad room, and is now home to an award-winning selection of wine, including many of Nick’s favourite bottles.
  • Ti Manje Restaurant
Set on the warm silver sand beach at Anse Cochon, guests can enjoy a wide range of dishes ranging from specialty salads, Ti Kaye’s famous homemade burgers with local chips, baguettes and the Catch of the Day. A perfect accompaniment to the cool sea breezes, inviting scenery and island cocktails from our full service bar.
