Sam makes this Hotel very special
I would not normally go to the extra effort of writing a wonderful review but thought that Sam especially deserved it. Upon arrival Sam welcomed us with open arms and helped us find our way both with parking, luggage and our room. At breakfast I saw someone that looked like Sam and thought that cannot be the same person he is working ever so hard! Indeed it was him. Fantastic! If I was a Manager here I would promote him immediately. I can easily see Sam in a senior management role. Very hard working, dedicated and great guest rapport. Nothing is beneath him - clearing tables then helping guests. When I return again (every 2 years) I look forward to seeing him as a top Manager. Margaret also deserves a special mention as I noticed during a busy breakfast how good she was - non stop but very nice with guests as well. Perfect! A commendation well deserved. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I will say however to watch out for competition from the upcoming Aloft and Residence Inn hotels under construction however I am sure you will all rise above any competition, from this new monstrosity towering in front of the Titanic Belfast. It is lovely to return to your hotel after being guests in 2023. Whilst it appears development is happening everywhere and there is no getting away from it your hotel is an oasis of calm for your guests. Your team of friendly staff make your Hotel very special and it is wonderful to see the drawing office where Titanic was designed.

Great hotel and location
This hotel is great. It’s right next to the Titanic museum, and only a few minutes from City airport. The communal areas are lovely. The bar/lounge area is lovely to sit in and have a light meal or just drinks. Good service. The Wolff Grill where we ate twice is also great, with good service and food. We had a deluxe/executive room which overlooked the museum, slipway and one of the famous cranes. It was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The only slight niggle was that it was quite difficult to work out the air con/heating to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was fairly spacious (although the shower over bath was a little small). All in all, a great stay and we’d happily return.

Almost perfection
The wife and I stayed Fed 25 on a three for two deal with breakfast. Chose this hotel because of its location, stones throw from the Titanic museum and ten minutes walk the SSE arena, walking into the town is also very easy. We ate twice in their Wolff Grill restaurant which is excellent, although expensive. Breakfast is buffet style with full English or continental. Eggs, tomatoes and baked beans are by order and come direct from the kitchen nice and hot. The room was very clean and with everything you need including tea and coffee facilities. Bed was very comfortable for ourselves. The room has air conditioning which is also used to heat the room. Our only gripe was how cold the en-suite was when showering, no heating in this room at all but let’s end on a high, the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Well done every person who works hard to make this a great place to stay in Belfast.

Ask for a room facing the Titanic Museum
As someone obsessed with The Titanic, I’ve been so excited to stay at this property! Sadly the road noise is so loud, it sounds like we are sleeping on the sidewalk. Thankfully we only booked one night. The property itself is truly stunning! The attention to the details when it comes to the decor is amazing, LOVED the Titanic TV station in our room. We booked a suite and it’s very pretty! We booked through Hotels.com and they list room service as a feature, so we called for breakfast to be brought up. Not an option. You have to put your order on the door the night before if you’d like room service. No one mentioned this when we checked in. I would stay here again ONLY IF the room was facing the Titanic Museum, not this loud road on the back side of the property. So disappointed :(
