Not a place I would have chosen
One of the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at. The only reason for the two stars is the staff. They work hard. The rook is decent, though the beds we’re uncomfortable. Instead of queen size double beds they have full beds. Very few hangers in the room. The washing machine stopped working mid wash. One day there was no water to take a shower. There was no apologies.

BadFi
WiFi. Just wanted to get that out of the way. It was awful. If the rest of the experience hadn't been excellent, I could not recommend this hotel at all. It was so bad that I turned my phone off of airplane mode and created a hotspot to use my computer. But even that was pitiful, so maybe Panama City just has terrible phone AND internet service? If you're planning to work from your room, think again. In the middle of a lengthy trip, this hotel is an oasis of 'just like home'. A kitchen, real washer and dryer, adequate warm shower, good bed. Breakfast on the 2nd floor terrace was good every day with fresh fruit and many hot choices. Nearby restaurants were convenient. It wasn't until we were leaving that we saw there is a restaurant on the ground floor by the lobby. There are little stores nearby for things you might want in the room. The 3 towers were very confusing at first. The trick is that tower 1 is in the middle and all towers connect on the 2nd floor (terrace level). My Spanish is 'beginner' at best. There is at least one desk clerk with excellent English and my first conversation at the desk brought him quickly to rescue my feeble attempts. The breakfast staff was very kind to respond in their best 'beginner - level' Spanish... and a smile. Overall, the hotel was a good value and centrally located. Beware the WiFi.

Exceptional Long Stay Option In LA Congrajo
We've been here for three days now and it's turning out very well. We're here for two months and was looking for a reasonably priced place to stay with all the amenities of a hotel, but the spaciousness of an apartment. We were referred here and we have a 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining/living room, and very nice marbled bathroom. Breakfast is included every morning next to the pool and includes a large variety of foods from cold cereal, made to order omelets, cold cheese and meat, scrambled eggs, two cooked meat dishes, plantains, potatoes, etc... Breakfast runs from 6-10. The facility is centrally located in El Congrajo and is one block from the subway. Very friendly staff, room service, central AC, full size refrigerator, gas stove, fully furnished kitchen, and daily cleaning. You have an option on rooms with a standard room having older furniture or the same size room with newer modern furniture. There is about a $300 difference in cost per month. Sub $1,800 per month made this a good option for us for a two month rental.

Great stay at Torres de Alba
Stayed here for 5 nights, loved everything about the room and the stay ! I stayed in tower 2 and after reading some reviews , I wasn't 100% sure, but after experiencing it for myself , I recommend this property to anyone . it was close to Multiplaza & Albrook Mall, short walk to the metro, close to convenience stores, restaurants and more shopping. Can't wait to be back and stay here again. the only difficulty is the language barrier at times , but that was expected.

Amazing experience at Torres de Alba
Courteous and friendly staff. The room was spacious and super comfortable. It was like a home away from home, with kitchen, washer and a dryer provided. It took some time to get used to choosing the correct elevator for Tower 2 but eventually I did. I would have liked the breakfast meats and juices to have signage indicating what they were, along with some improvement in quality of preparation and taste. Overall a great experience.
