You will not get the quality you are hoping for here. The food is not great, the hotel is far from everything, and the wait times for anything you need or want is laughable. Bring tons of usd 1$ bills because they want them as tips but have no change. If you don’t book a swim up, you lose all pools at 6pm. The upgrade package is not worth it. Don’t get suckered at checkin. The spa is terrible. Go somewhere else for the money you’re spending.

The best part of this trip hands down was my butler who went above and beyond to make it a perfect vacation his name was Pedro he provided the best service and overall would definitely be one of the reason I visit again soon

Girls Vaca
It was a nice place but not a fantastic place. Service was ok with a few of the service staff, Jeramy, Joanna and the omelette guy being the most fantastic. There are 3 restaurants but they change so often that there is always confusion as to who they will be that night. The butler was ok but he seemed distracted and sometimes no help at all. Overall, I will stay at another resort next time.
