Virdiana, Jorge, and Jazmin at the Italian restaurant were awesome! Great service and made our meal very enjoyable. We ate there for our first night and it set the tone for an amazing trip. Highly recommend!

First time at the TRS Coral and had an amazing time. The rooms are very spacious and mini bar stocked up with soft drinks and beers if you need to. Plenty of restaurants across the resort and the butlers are very good at arranging these on your behalf. Special mention to Josè, Stefano, and Misael who supported us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciate the efforts you all made and bringing the sunshine back 😀☀️ Also I need to call out Ladis who catered for our daily G&T run with a smile and provided an amazing service. A real credit to the hotel. Finally, one further thank you for Damian for the birthday celebration cake and drinks for my amigo. Muchas gracias. nos vemos el año que viene lan, Emma, Chris, Sarah

Fantastic stay
Had a great time at the TRS Costa Mujeres, our butlers Angie, Ivan and Jazmin were very attentive ensuring my husband and I were both comfortable. Whilst my husband and I went out for dinner to celebrate our anniversary we returned to our room to find a lovely surprise of real rose petals on the floor and a heart made from rose petals on the bed. The staff at TRS were very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Upon arrival we were offered a choice of a bottle of alcohol which was great. The poolside bar was great and met some lovely staff, except one who made it his duty NOT to serve my husband and I which was quite rude. All other poolside staff was great. Chic cabaret show was great enjoyed the entire show and was worth the money. Highly recommend getting your butler to pre-book your resturant upon arrival as they get booked up. I would surely recommend TRS hotel and will definitely return.

Excellent overall experience, beyond the beautiful resort facilities, the butler staff of Miguel, Stef and Guilman , were true hospitality professionals. Took very good care of me. Highly recommended and looking to return in the future. ✅

Amazing Tennis Family Vacation
We spent 5 days at TRS with our 2 adult University aged kids and had the most wonderful vacation. If you are an active family that loves tennis make sure you go here! The tennis coaches are world class and they will work you hard. The hotel, pool, coffee bars & food is a bonus but the tennis is the best part. Thank you.
