Dec 25, 2024Beautiful beach but the rest leaves much to be desired. Not 5 star!
Not 5 star. Terrible check in process, subpar food, terrible drinks, and pool side service was a joke. The butlers and beach are the only positives! Also never been to an adults only resort where you had to go to the family side for coffee, spa, and entertainment. What’s the point?!? Also the rooms are beautiful (we had a loft) but it smelled like a dirty fish bowl. I live in a humid climate and my house doesn’t smell like that. This resort was a disappointment and we have no desire to return: if you want an adults only all inclusive check out El Dorado Royale (casitas)!

Poolside experience was the best part! ALBERTO !!
The best part of our stay was Alberto! He took very good care of us poolside! He made all the low points of our stay that much better. If you are enjoying the pool and want a supreme experience make sure you sit in Alberto’s section!

Travelclub Palladium
I am a Palladium Presidential member. Our pickup ride was on time, Check in was fast. The people in the members office Suly, Gina, Alondra and Elena, helped with our booking for dinners and spa. My room Butlers are fantastic, anything I needed , they helped Fernando and Edger. Excellent job The TRS pool waiter Ladis and pool Butler Michael were always around to help. The pool boss Miralbelli was alway asking if we need anything. All the restaurants are great. My favorite is the French restaurant thanks to Amelia. These people make the TRS a great Hotel and I thank everyone. C. Dale

Excellent Spa serbicez
I had an excellent massage while l here at the spa with Juliet. She was excellent. Great technique and just the right amount of pressure. I will be back for an 80 minute massage. Hydrotherapy service were wonderful too. My favorite was steam room.
