    Couples Stay for Relaxation

    While I was able to relax because I don’t need any help doing so, I was not impressed by the staff services only by my butler service, Norielis. She was amazing .

    Fantastic time on Pedro’s beach.

    The white powder sand on the beach is fantastic. Pedro looked after us superbly. Friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. Always with a smile and making our time on the beach memorable. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!!

    Beautiful hotel! Had an amazing experience!!

    My husband and I spent 5 days at TRS. We were blown away by this beautiful place. Lots of wonderful restaurants, beautiful beach, great pools and extremely kind staff. Definitely worth checking out. We will definitely be back!

    Had the time of my life with the better half during our week long trip. Every staff member was professional and friendly but a special shout out to our butler Suleica who treated us like family. It was great to have someone look after our special requests, book and adjust our dinners as needed in addition to always calling transport for us to get around if/when we were running late. The guests at the resort were a great mix of young professionals and seasoned veterans who added to the experience. The lobby bar was our favorite spot to get a drink. Jose gave us a great rum tasting and made us many tasty and well-balanced cocktails. Reifri served us at both Kusko and Helios and was fantastic, we had a little too much fun during dinner at Kusko. It was a nice and welcome surprise to have him take care of us again the following morning at Helios as he nursed us back to health. Can't wait to come back in the near future!

    TRS Resort

    Needs more live music!!! Good time but needs some real music! There is no music! TRS resort adult only . The people of Palladium entertainment group were great! Especially David A and Moise ! They always directed us to the fun activities and best time. If you like a bigger resort, this is for you. Beautiful resort , beach and water. The suites are amazing also , and some with swim up pools . But they need more music all day at pool! This is an adult only .
