    Fantastic Place to get away!

    This is my third time at this resort and I don't know if I can stay anywhere else after being here! The service is outstanding, the grounds are breathtaking! This resort has everything. A beautiful private beach, a lively main pool and then secluded quiet pools...it has everything for a perfect vacation. The food is really good, there is something for everyone. Did not want for a thing while I was here and it was a perfect 8 days in paradise!

    I love TRS.

    Great & relaxing stay. The spa was so amazing & very upscale. I'll miss my stay at this resort. Room service food options not that great but no complaints over all.

    pool chairs/recliners fill up early.

    Pool and beach recliners snatched up by 9:00 am even though there is supposedly no reservation of the recliners. Most times, they were never used in the 4 hours we watched.

    Perfection at TRS

    We had a fantastic trip. We got married and had a group of 21 people, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bell boys from the start were so welcoming and helpful, the check in process was a breeze, we did have to wait a while for our room to be ready, but the lobby had snacks and drinks and plenty of space to relax while waiting. Our butler team was amazing, Eury and Rosmilka made sure to know our names and greeted us whenever we saw them. Our butler team (Eury, Rosmilka, Cesareo, and Elaine) decorated our room during our wedding and were always there to answer our questions or call us a cart to take us wherever we needed to go. The breakfast staff (hostesses, servers, and the egg station staff) were very efficient and friendly. We loved our 8 days here and are definitely planning on returning. We had so much fun with the transportation staff and the bartenders at the sports bars, enjoyed all of the a la carte restaurants, and were happy with the drink selection.

    Trs review

    Service was great. Butler service was an added bonus! The food at the buffets was fresh and delicious. Pools were beautiful and the upkeep of resort was flawless. Only issue was lack of seating at beach.
