    TRS

    I have stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and Dominican Republic, simply put TRS is the best. The greatest compliment I can pay is that is doesn't feel like an all inclusive, rather it is I like a large complex of high end beach club-like areas and lavish restaurants. The rooms are finished to a high standard and service is top-notch. There is a large amount of wildlife in the naturally decorated property and the hotel has a very relaxing vibe. Particular highlights are the private TRS beach area which serves a BBQ lunch each day. The sports centre is also finished to a high standard offering a wide range of sports. Thank you TRS for a holiday to remember.

    Beautiful Property, Amazing Staff.

    We had a fantastic visit to the TRS Yukatan. Food and beverages were great, property was beautiful. The only downfall is that you have to plan all your supper reservations on the day you arrive. We like to be a little more flexible and spontaneous while traveling but we made it work.

    Overall good, but could improve in some areas

    The place is beautiful and well kept, the rooms are super nice, and clean . We were expecting better food by the reviews that we heard before, but it wasn’t that great. El Gaúcho was a major disappointment! The staff were incredible nice, but specially in the restaurants they should have more people working, You could see they serving more tables than they could handle. The pool is spectacular, but if you are looking for a white sand beach, you will have to get in one of the golf cards and head to the family side of the complex.

    Property amazing. Service needs work.

    Groundskeepers walked through our garden view pool yard numerous times for 3 days in a row. Even after we mentioned it to our butler. Sound quality was so poor we could hear everything happening in the hall in our room. Wvery butler conversation. And all work vehicles needed new brakes. Soo loud

    Good place. Needs updates

    Beautiful property, food is slightly better than what you get on a cruise. Friendly staff. Only issue is the mold smell in the room. I think the resort must have been built in the early 90’s, and the humidity over time is penetrating. It’s pretty bad. Otherwise enjoyed the heck out of the place.
