    The grounds were beautiful the staff was exceptional, the butler service was incredible. Great experience will be back in the future.

    Beautiful Resort/E-Butler Service an Amazing Touch

    This resort is gorgeous, there’s something for everyone. Beautiful accommodations, pool/bars amazing and the food overall was 10/10. Andrea the e-butler of villa 62 went above and beyond!

    Nice hotel and staff. I would easily come back here. The food was the best overall that I have ever had at an all inclusive. Try the steak restaurants. They are amazing.

    Fantastic 10 days at TRS yucatan.

    We had a fantastic stay at TRS Yucatán. We arrived around 6pm local time and were warmly welcomed and swiftly checked in, where the concierge team transported us to villa 63. There our butlers George and Miguel took excellent care of us. Arranging all out a la carte dining on arrival, booking us into the Chic cabaret show and making whatever changes were needed when any excursions we booked impacted our pre-booked dining times. We had a junior suite, which was beautiful, and serviced twice daily by housekeeping who made sure we had a continual supply of Nespresso coffee capsules and water in the mini bar. We not really used the mini bar for water and the odd beer but it was replenished daily. Dining was fantastic. We took breakfast most days at Helios and lunch either at Helios or the grill at the infinity pool. On our final day after checking out we had lunch at caprichio and wished we had discovered sooner, Helios is a mix of buffet and a la carte while caprichio is full a la carte. Nevertheless the food was fantastic everywhere. If I were to pick, Teppenyaki (thanks to Juan and Jesus) at the Kantenah hotel and tentazione were the top dining experiences, and less so el gaucho. We actually preferred the el dorado over this for steak. Pool service was great, and a mention to Ariana who was mainly at La Rocas our final few days. In the lobby bar, Laura and Sonia looked after us very well. We took 2 TUI excursions, one to Chichén Itzá and the guide and driver were incredible. The second was to Tulum which was good, but less recommended. Towards the end of the holiday we went to chic cabaret which was incredible. For whatever reason they hadn’t got our reservation but dealt with it excellently and our waiter for the evening, the show and the food were fantastic. A definite recommendation. All in, a fantastic holiday and would love to return to TRS Yucatan.

    Worst Trip Ever

    Room wasn’t ready when I arrived, I waited over 3 hours for a room. Wasn’t able to have dinner because I didn’t have reservation even though I was told to go to the restaurant. Room had roaches and hotel refused to give me another room.
