    The best people!

    Fernando, Alex, Angel, Andrés were literally all amazing and gave us the best service ever! They made our trip the best ever!! Thanks so much! They were so hopeful and were so attentive to everything we needed! Would highly recommend finding them if you need anything!

    First visit in Mexico and TRS Yucatan Hotel

    Had a great first time in Mexico staying at the TRS Yucatan Hotel. All of the staff members were very friendly such as the butlers Patricia, José and Mafer. The other staff members Angel, Casper, Yobani, Fernando made our stay great too! Highly recommended!

    Amazing resort, a few small things need improvements.

    Pools were amazing. As well as the rest of the property. Great service from staff. Amazing meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. By far the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive resort. 2 drawbacks that would likely keep me from returning. 1, we found 2 cockroaches in our room, this might be normal for a resort surrounded by so much nature and wildlife. 2, the rooms are damp and smell musty. If those 2 things can be fixed I'd rate the resort as the best experience of my life.

    The Absolute BEST!

    My husband and I just got back from a 1 week stay. We were there to celebrate his birthday and it was AMAZING!!! I know that people have different experiences at the hotel, but we were treated extremely well! A couple of noteworthy things. If you have mobility issues there are an abundance of golf carts to take you wherever you need to go. There are plenty of activities at the hotel so, if you can't make an excursion there is still plenty to do on-site. The plunge pools (with those specific rooms) are about 4ft deep so you have to be able to pull yourself up to get out. The saltwater pool only has a dock ladder so you have to be able to climb one of those. All the other pools have steps with a railing. They restock your fridge daily with your request. If you are diabetic or hypoglycaemic there are snacks, juice boxes and regular pop, so you don't have to travel with them. If you are avoiding sugar they will replace regular pop with diet (light) instead or just water. People have commented that they got annoyed they were asked about their allergies every time they ate. I really appreciated it because I knew that I would be okay (I still had EpiPens with me though). If you are interested in setting up special events or outings (moonlight dinner or at the spa), contact the team within 10 days of your arrival and they'll will make sure that you are taken care of! Special shouts to Eleonora for helping arrange our SPA and Chic Cabaret tickets; Laura who helped me with a special dinnere for my husband's birthday and a bali bed at the infinity pool, Erik who checked us in and out, Stephanie and Susana for all the concierge work that they did in our villa; Caesar at the infinity pool and Romeo who made sure that we were taken care of getting into our taxi coming home. My final note is that there are people from all over the world that come to this resort and my best piece of advice is to be kind. You may not agree with someone's politics but you are vacation so leave and find another piece of paradise to block out the noise.

    Wonderful resort

    I left a couple of reviews regarding the transport from the Cancun airport provided by Nexus and the La Paisana restaurant both of which I would avoid. Now the good stuff. Our room was great. Service to the room was great. Butlers (Francisco and Armando) and cleaner Daysi were fantastic. The food corners at Helios was unbelievable as was Capricho. The A la Carte at Helios, Capricho, and El Gaucho amazing, with incredible service. The infinity Pool is fantastic as well. We especially enjoy spending time at the salt water pool and the Las Rocas bar. I don't remember the the man and lady bar tender's names there but they were great. Everybody was so nice and your Villas and Hotels so clean. Your staff should be commended for the great work they do. From the standpoint of service, cleanliness and quality of food, TRS far exceeded my expectations.
