    Excellent value

    Room and bathroom were very spacious, quiet and spotless. Full glass windows on one wall with both translucent and solid curtain options. Bed and bedding good. Helpful front desk staff and excellent daily housekeeping service. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good (compared to USA hotels). Small pool and bar area on the roof. Also a lobby bar. Location was good with shops and restaurants nearby. Felt safe walking day and evening. Ubers were a quick, cheap and easy option to get to other parts of the city. Several rental car companies a block away for day trips.

    Needs a refresher

    Meh. Rough worn out particleboard furniture. Vinyl faux wood floor is worn. Room needs art. Area rugs and the omnipresent generic music irks once you notice it. Place looks nice in photos. But needs some freshening up. Neighborhood is okay. Panama City could use new sidewalks. Everywhere. Staff was great!

    Perfect stay!

    They made me feel like a king! Perfect location, amazing service, breakfast buffet was outstanding every day, pool was perfect with an amazing view. Very clean. Friendly staff. Safe location close to everything. I will definitely return!

    Overall great experience

    The hotel was clean with a mondern ascetic. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Parking was excellent and easily accessible. The hotel is also centrally located which allowed for easy access to different foods, pharmacy and convince shops.

    Our Credit card was charged an additional $14.64 on checkout after confirming with the front desk there were no extras.

    Our credit card was charged an additional charge of $14.64 which we will be disputing. Please ensure this amount is reversed. When we checked out on December 13th and confirmed with the front desk at your hotel, they clearly stated there was no additional charge. Just the hotel reservation that we booked $162.14 which was charged to our credit card on December 11th. Please refund the $14.64 that you charged in error and confirm.
