    Unico March 2025 Family Vacation. Under Roger and Israel’s wonderful service.

    The service was wonderful. Roger and Israel were attentive and helpful! Whenever we asked for something they were both responsive in a timely manner, we never had to wait for anything. No doubt about it we would return based on Roger and Israel’s service!

    Amazing time in Unico

    Resort was beautiful. Room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Service was excellent, we had Javier & Rodrigo as butlers. They both handled our dinner reservations and helped acquire pool chairs and cabanas everyday. Food is delicious, every meal was tasty. One day had surf and turf at our cabana. Beach and water were clean. We will definitely be coming back.

    UNICO riviera maya

    Earned business trip. A great hotel excellent experience. Get reservations for dinner Asap as fill up quickly. Beautiful accommodations even a jacuzzi tub on patio. We will definitely go back soon. Weather was 80 degrees daily!! Get the free hat in room Painted by pool.

    Welcome Home

    We had a wonderful time at Unico. Our butlers Javier and Rodrigo were fabulous. We had beach or pool chairs reserved every day where we wanted them, our spa and dinner reservations were made for us, and they made sure the mini bar had enough Diet Pepsi and snicker bars daily. They actually double checked our room every day to be sure we were stocked and would send us a picture confirming the fridge was stocked. They each physically checked in with us multiple times a day. Our server for breakfast at the a la carte restaurant Grace was wonderful. She knew how we liked our coffee, toast with Nutella , etc and made sure we were taken care of. Overall the staff was great , remembering us by name, making us feel “ at home”.

    Amazing week

    first time staying at the Unico and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The pool was the perfect temperature and the room and view was exceptional. We would definitely be going back and I would recommend this hotel to anybody, the only area of improvement would be the gym there wasn’t enough equipmentand the equipment they did have was always busy.
