Just got back from Unico and wish we were still there. Went for our 20th wedding anniversary and we are so impressed and happy we chose Unico. I was worried about feeling pressured into a breakfast meeting but we said we weren’t interested right at the beginning and were never bothered again. Everything was great. The rooms, food, drinks were all amazing. The resort is smaller and doesn’t really get going early which was so nice. We could always find a chair and towels by the pool or on the beach. Cony and Grace were amazing servers by the Unica pool. Erik was our server at 2087 in the mornings. He was great! And was so easy to talk to. Raul was our local host and made sure to let us know what was happening everyday and made all our dinner reservations. I have allergies and all the restaurants handled it so well. I did not feel limited in what I could eat. They even made me separate foods at times to accommodate my diary allergy.

Amazing!!!!!
Absolutely beautiful resort! LOVED the food, all the options! Loved the coffee shop, the gym, the pools, the activities in the evening! It was our first time here, and having the HOST to help and answer questions, solve issues, etc. was SOO helpful!! Hector was incredible! He always checked in on us daily — he always carried through on all requests/questions, and always showed his face / made himself available as needed!! Could never put into words how much we appreciated Hector!! Finally, the rooms and our lookout!!! Amazing!! The ability to have room service, all the special pillows, the diffuser, the turn down service — it was truly all amazing! Thank you UNICO for the best honeymoon!!!

Amazing adult resort
Amazing Resort We have been here at least 5-6 times since they opened the food is great they have entertainment by the pool and in the evening. Service is by far the best. The beach is beautiful Our butlers Eduardo and Carlos go above and beyond to take care of us with anything we asked for.

Unico 20.87 November 2024
This was our 3rd trip to Unico this year and we traveled as a Chairman. Unico experience gets better every time we visit. We had another fabulous week and would like recognize the following staff who made our week even more enjoyable: First, the Butlers, Roger, Israel and Carlos who are top notch! Each morning, We were welcomed by Alejandra, the hostess at 20.87 who knew our name, room #, and where we liked to sit. Gabby, our waitress, also called us by name and provided us excellent services and knew exactly what we wanted as soon as we sat down. When we made our way to the HOF pool, we were greeted by Maria with a friendly smile, who already had our towels set up on our seats. Raymundo at the HOF bar was at our service all day and took excellent care of us. We would like to mention Miguel es el de, the manager at 20.87 restaurant and Irving es el de, the manager at Mi Carisa, who both went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience for our evening dinners at their respective restaurants The evening art and craft classes offered nightly were so enjoyable, with our favorite class being tile finger painting class, offered by Jorge Lopez. He is an excellent instructor and made this class fun for all! The group mixology class run by Louis was informative and fun as well. We also participated in a chocolate cooking class which we very much enjoyed. Jacqueline in customer relations was very friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure we were taken care of Last, but certainly not least, we want to recognize Marisela, who was working in the Palmetto Bar each night for this stay. She has been with Unico since the resort opened in 2019 and always gives us excellent service. We enjoyed seeing her nightly after our fabulous dinners. She is a true asset to Unico.

Perfect couple getaway
The resort is beautiful! Perfect space to explore while still having everything you need conveniently placed. The staff is super helpful and Mario was there to answer any questions we had. We are big foodies and the food did not disappoint! Will be back for sure.
