  Never fancied Turkey but will be back now !

  Booked a week in advance and got an unbelievable deal through Thomas Cook so it would take a lot for me to negative but even if I’d paid full price I would’ve been happy. The reception area does not give off the feel of 5 * but is nice enough. We stayed in room 2102, a ground floor room with not much of a view but a small balcony area with two small stools to sit on. Reception did say we could move the next day but we weren’t spending much time there so stayed put.

  This place has everything!

  I stayed here August 2018 with my 2 kids. The hotel has its own private stretch of beach, huge water slides to keep the kids entertained. A good choice of restaurants is available and the food was one of the best all inclusives we've had ever. Watersports are avaliable (pricey but worth it), entertainment every night in the amphitheatre was decent. Bodrum marina is a short bus drive away where you can get all your cheap fake clothes/perfumes/handbags etc, (go at night in the summer as its HOT) This is the kind of hotel I could chill with my misses for a week or come with all the family. I woukd return 100%.

  Amazing Stay October 2018

  I was there for 2 nights last October with my husband and our 6 months old baby girl Everything was perfect !the room was really luxurious and clean .The staff was really friendly and the food was delicious! Although I will give very good instead of excellent because of 2 points The infinity pool which was a main thing that encouraged me to book the hotel was not in service the same thing for the watersides only 2 were in service and the big one that I saw in the picture were not working too that was kind of a deception for as but the good conditions made us forgetting that quickly

  Lots to improve

  Spend holidays in Sep 2018 there. So to start with, we were given a bungalow instead of a nice, well-maintained room in the main building. I guess that is what lower valuable Polish guests get there each time.... So the bungalow was very dark, had really old furniture and what was the worst: was simply dirty. Shower had literally mold on it - was so disgusted that cleaned it myself. On the other hand: hotel has some really nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Swimming pools are also pretty nice, but during our stay water park was closed. Biggest asset of this place is food: they had some really great variety with really good taste. Cocktails : well, you don't expect great cocktails while All Inclusive holidays.

  Terrible

  The staff are very rude to my son f&b manager ! very long wait for rooms too with three children ,please don't let any of the staff have your passport while u wait in the bar area having a drink while they sort out ur room they only when and missed placed four of our passports,fag ends in the kids pool my son took two out of pool him self and ended up with cuts all over his feet from this pool too he wasn't only one on the same day ever! (one near the waterslide) Told the manager about all of it and nothing was done any it The day trip well they all just mess up . on the receipt it says need to wait at the hotel entrance but the bus driver will wait at the security gates when I told him what is say on the receipt he made very rude remarks Gavin the tui rep was amazing going the extra mile to try and help
