    El Cid is a place to relax and enjoy the resort

    We had a great time at El Cid again, this is our 6th time. This time we brought our family with us ( 3 adults 2 grandkids) so a total of 7 of us and they all enjoyed it. That being said we kept our butlers Ivan & Cali busy and they did not disappoint. They were very professional, always very attentive and accomplished everything that was asked of them to make our stay that much better. Our daughter noticed at how clean El Cid was and the staff that kept it that way something that we've always noticed also.

    Amazing beautiful resort.

    My husband and I were there for a week and it was excellent, we loved it so much we want to go back. From the beautiful rooms with the ocean view that was breathtaking , to the clean and well stacked restaurant. We had excellent treatment from the minute we arrived to the departure. Manuel Diaz 😉& Are Mendez🤠 were amazing and made the vacation great. Thanks to them we were able to have everything we needed. Thank you much guys.

    El cid is awesome

    We love the rooms, gardens, food and people of el cid. Although we had a few days of rain, our vacation was restful and satisfying in every way. Especially happy with our butler service of Cali and Ivan. They are simply the best, always checking in and making sure all our needs are met!

    Ventus at Marina

    Amazing vacation and hotel experience. We had the pleasure of staying in a one bedroom platinum suite at Venus at Marina (room 2346) and it was very spacious for our family of 4 and had amazing views of the beach. Our butler’s Manuel & Are were outstanding, very helpful and quick to respond. Access to the 3 different resorts was great as each one brought a different atmosphere. There’s something for everyone. We went to the beach everyday and never experienced any issues with sea weed probably because the grounds team were always out early cleaning it up. Drinks, food and atmosphere were perfect for a family. Thank you again to Manuel, Are and all the amazing people that made this such a special vacation.

    Butler service as a platinum guest was great

    The rooms were very nice and kept clean. Our butlers "Manuel & Are" were amazing at getting us reservations for dinner and arranging a cart to get us there. The servers & bar staff weren't as attentive as other places due to the massive volume of guests the property has. The personal service wasn't there unless you were a time share owner.
