Okay, where do I begin. When we first arrived, we were unsure what to expect. Like many resorts, we had the usual amenities, pools, great views, and nice accommodations. It started like any typical vacation, but then we were greeted by our two personal hosts, Jennifer and Laura. From the instant they knew we were onsite, they made us feel like every reasonable need was attended. They would check in daily, morning, noon, and night to ensure that we were comfortable and we were supported. They handled all my reservations, car requests, did research for our personal requests, they even delivered ice personally and found yarn when my daughter wanted to work on her weaving. Now this is unlike anything I’ve experienced. You can tell the entire community services from the heart, starting with the friendly faces of Jennifer and Laura. Even at the end, my son found a new friend in bellman José who made it a point to say hello many many times and brought a big smile to his face. Upon our departure we felt so sad not just because we were leaving but because of the hospitality. The entire team waved us goodbye and we felt a new sense of “home.” Oh, and another shout out to Roberto the spa manager. Thank you for personally reaching out and I’m so bummed I didn’t get a chance to have a service this time. Oh, but then the food. I did not have a bad meal. Highly recommend the rooftop restaurant Cielomar and absolutely eat the Machaca at breakfast. Please please make your way to Flora farms, old town during the art fair on Thursdays and Jasmine’s for a wonderful authentic experience. We knew this was just the tip of the iceberg. So for all of the wonderful team at Viceroy, there is too many to count. I applaud your commitment to excellent customer service: We will be back. Laura and Jennifer, may everyone recognize how special you are.

Spa Experience
We tried the spas and loved it. The space was beautiful and then staff was fantastic! And Naian was wonderful! The pools, steam rooms, and massages were top notch, woumd highly recommend. It was a lovely experience. A beautiful place I woumd come back to.

Viceroy Getaway
We booked an ocean view suite at the Viceroy for a 5 day getaway from the winter weather. Room was exceptional. Spacious interior with a large comfortable balcony. Service was excellent in all locations. Everyone made us feel welcome in a genuine way. Food was always special along with the venues. The hotel itself is spectacular. A special shout out to our “butler” who was designated to us to take care of everything. Alexis was the perfect gentleman and always ready to help.

Alan rocks
Alan is the coolest guy he took such great care of us down by the beach. Made the entire experience better. It wouldn’t be the same without him and the rest of the amazing staff here. Drinks. Delicious. Good. Delicious. Alan is the absolute man

Amazing Property and Fabulous Food
Our King Jr Suite was fabulous. The room looked directly out to the ocean and had a small hot tub/plunge pool on our balcony. We paid for all inclusive and got to drink the juices/beer/sodas in the mini bar and coffee in our room. We feel this was the best value at this resort. We ordered snacks by the heated pool and on the beach. All our drinks and snacks were included. The staff was very attentive. The bed was firm and the linens were high quality. The bathroom had a rain shower head, two shower heads and large soaker tub. There was a large sectional sofa and two TVs in the room. There were automatic shades on the window with the control right by the bed. The food was the best we've had in Mexico. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and our server was very attentive. I recommend the filet and the scallops with risotto! The resort was quiet and very clean. We only stayed two nights due to issues at our other hotel, but we will definitely come back to the Viceroy! Amazing Stay!
