Feb 13, 2025Charming little retreat
Lovely well cared for cottages on the back of sandy Choc Beach. The cottages are well equipped, including facilities for self- catering. Small restaurant on site. Nice pool. Colin, the owner, was very welcoming and explained the history of the site. Staff excellent. Just off busy road, but you can't hear it in cottages. Taxis readily available for evening restaurant trips, excursions, trip to supermarket, or Castries. Sea great for swimming, kayaks available too.

Idyllic location. Beach front with breath taking views.
Idyllic location on the beach. We stayed here only for 2nights as part of a Caribbean trip to Barbados. We’d always fancied flying across to St Lucia, as it’s a very short plane ride from Barbados. We booked a sea view Luxury King size suite. We flew with Intercaribbean airline, which was an all round great experience. Arriving in Castries Airport in 25 minutes. Villa Beach Cottages are around 5 minutes taxi transfer from the airport, which was perfect for us. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi organised by the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Colin Hunte who is the General Manager. We were taken into his office and served a delicious ice cold Rum Punch. We checked in then walked to our suite, which was number 4. I walked straight through the room to open the doors onto our little terrace. The view was breath taking. The sound of the sea was mesmerising. A beautiful hot sunny day too. The site has a restaurant and a bar. Both of which we used. It’s very very pretty and immaculately kept. The Hotel organised a taxi for us the day after our arrival, just for the two of us. The Driver was very knowledgable and Professional. We had him from 8.30 until 5.30. We pre booked a lunch on our route at a restaurant that over looked the Pitons. Exquisite. All in all, a great way to spend 2 nights in the middle of our main holiday.

Fantastic place to visit-recommend it highly
I am a travel advisor-and have been for many years, visiting numerous accommodations all over the world..Never have I enjoyed a stay as much as I did at the Villa Beach Cottages-everything there was so lovely-the beach/pool/chef/rooms...but mostly the incredible staff led by the owner warm and wonderful example-Thank you Colin and all of you at the VBC! Marcia & Friends.

Impeccable
It was a great stay for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and all recommendations. The services and hospitality offered are impeccable, the rum-punch and drinks are amazing. I already suggested your place and st Lucia in general to few friends , if they decide to choose their next destination

wow
we stayed 8 nights from jan 28 thru feb 4. The place is beautiful right on the water. they have only suites which were perfect, full kitchen, living area, bedroom and good size bath. The best thing about here is the staff, every single person was incredible as if we were family. Can't think of any negatives, other reviews state the road is close which it is but never heard anything unless a siren from an emergency vehicle. I highly recomend !
